Zero customer service!This is a gym where you have to scan yourself in with a door key, which is cool because it's usually not too busy and the equipment is basic and decent. However, if you need literally any type of customer service (adding a member to your account, cancelling...) forget about it!Ok here's my complaint. On Wednesday I called and changed my "home gym" over to this location and the man at the store said that he received my request and sent it over to the owner to confirm and get it switched over so that I could get my wife added to the account. My only day off was Friday (today) and I told that to the guy on the phone and he said "no problem, we're open from noon till 3"(great hours, right!). I show up at noon and nothing has been done and the owner can't be reached because he's going to Mexico for a week; so I literally can't do anything for a week. I just tell the guy to cancel my account and he says that he can't because my home gym hasn't been changed and to call my home gym location and they'll be able to do it over the phone. I call right then and there and nobody answers... This is completely ridiculous for a customer to have to go through all of this to simply add someone to their membership.If the owner is the only person that can do anything, what happens when he's gone? NOTHING.
