I made an appointment for my mother to get a massage as a Christmas present. Today her appointment was to be at 6:30pm; I tried to call and reschedule due to the increasingly dangerous road conditions and the winter weather advisory, but I was informed for the first time that appointments cannot be canceled on the same day they are scheduled for. However, I believe this goes directly against your policy as a corporation- to ensure a relaxing and safe environment for your clients. I asked to speak to the manager who then supposedly contacted the district manager. Karen, I believe her name was, reported back to me that the district manager had been driving all day and "the roads are fine." This is certainly true for the morning, but as of 2pm the roads were covered in ice... Also, I do not believe the opinion of the district manager outweighs the winter weather advisory put in place by the state. It is ridiculous that your client's interest and wellbeing are second to a policy that does not take into consideration the ever changing weather conditions in Michigan. I am extremely disgusted with the way my complaint was handled, especially since I called 3 and a half hours before the appointment. Once again, I am appalled with regard to your establishment and lack of professionalism. If your are looking to get a massage from massage green be sure to schedule it in the summer.
Please save yourself the trouble! New manager is the owners lazy/rude brother. Went for 3 years but never again.
I'd give a minus 1 star if possible. I was seriously injured by the therapist. They refused a refund and corporate wouldn't call me back. They wouldn't allow me to file a formal complaint. They hire inexperienced and under trained therapists. The good ones move on quickly. Don't waste your money or risk being injured like I was. Horrible experience.
AVOID THERAPIST ROBIN AT ALL COSTS! She talked the entire time and totally ruined my experience. I had booked a two hour massage and not even one hour in she started saying things like, "I'm not sure what I'm going to do, there's not much for me to do for the next hour..." and acting like I was a burden. She also talked about her personal life and other clients she's had. It was horrible. I left with a headache (not even sure how that's possible!) and feeling more stressed than when I came in. THANKS for NOTHING, ROBIN!
Recently, my son and his girlfriend used their massage gift certificates- and the receptionist was so rude it ruined their experience. We had planned to also use our time there for a sauna...but left because of her negative energy. We plan on talking to the owners, as they are, most likely, not aware that this rude receptionist can make or break their business . Hoping it will make a difference, since it is a great service they provide.
Takes you same day. Welcoming, relaxing environment...just wish the massage therapist wouldn't talk so much. . I'm here to forget about my problems not hear yours!
The receptionists are always so incredibly rude! I'm here to relax and that's hard to do when you treat me as an annoyance rather than as a customer. I refuse to support such rudeness and will be canceling my membership solely based on how rude they are!

i went there about 10 xs so far. I really like the place and the price is good. I only had 1 bad experience with Jordan, he is not a good massage therapist. He acted like he was rushing the whole time. My appointment was for 1 hour and he was done in 40 minutes. He barely even worked on me he was more worried about the sheets and his hands were so dry it didn't even feel good. I give him 2 thumbs down but everyone else so far is great
