It was fine in the beginning but then after I paid for 2 haircuts just to get the one I had asked for the first time I decided not to go back. My total bill was $167.00 and I definitely did NOT get my money's worth.

By far the worst barber experience I have encountered....the shop is dirty with a musky smell, and I can deal with a less than par environment if I'm seeing a skilled barber. This barber messed my hair up to where I have been wearing a hat the past three weeks.....went for a fade ended up with a bald spot....DO NOT GO HERE, see someone who knows what they're doing. It's a wonder he has been in business so long.....
I just called to get an appointment for a manicure and pedicure- based on the previous review- and the woman who answered the phone was the rudest I have ever experienced; clearly I didn't get an appointment. All I was able to say was, "Hi. I just noticed you are open until 7 this eve-", and I was cut off right there. She said, "No, we are not." I responded, "oh, I'm sorry then, it said online you a-", again, CUT OFF. Her: "well, I mean we are, but we are usually done by six.. what I mean is that we don't have anything available." If I misread something online, or it was misreported I would've been more than happy to take a different day. She didn't even bother to ask me what type of service I was looking for, let alone offer me a different day or time! Clearly these people do not want new clients- why are they even in business? I hope, for their sake, their current clients are around forever with that attitude. Unbelievably rude!
As a woman we all know how hard it is to find that "one stylist" who well...."just gets it" Lindsay is hands down the best stylist I've been to. Amazing quality work, perfectionist and an absolute doll. Service and quality are important but on top of it she truly cares about her clients. Her coloring skills and knowledge paired with her cutting and styling techniques are what keeps me a loyal and absolutely happy client of hers. My friends and co-workers are now clients of hers and they couldn't be happier. She takes her time and assures quality and client satisfaction! If you are looking for a new stylist or even just a new look, you must book an appointment Lindsay Watson today! :) Sincerely, Loyal and happy client!
I had microblading done at Pink. After the scab wore off, there was nothing there. No brush strokes, just a vague shadow of what was done. I went in to complain and they said that Tammy was too busy to see me. I would either have to wait until her appts were done or make an appointment (to complain). I can't help but feel that my money was wasted. I will not go back.
Nails on main is a personal and family favorite. I try to book an appointment every time I'm in town. The staff is qualified and friendly, certainly a group of interesting characters.
I Love coming here.....they are very welcoming and the salon is very cozy and comfortable. The staff take the time to get to know who you are and what you need. They are also knowledgeable in the product lines they sell, you definitely should stop by and see for yourself.
Thanks Tina Sosville for my new spring haircut! Great salon ,staff is very experienced with cut color. The latest products and hair trends. Always willing to suggest recommendations.
This is a great salon, several very qualified stylists. The one downfall is the lady that answers the phone is VERY SNOOTY! I think she would rather be somewhere else, but obviously has to work!
Quality of services provided were good, however, environment leaves much to be desired. Staff, owner in particular, continually bad-mouths and complains about clients in front of other clients. Scheduling of appointments is inflexible and discriminatory. Should a client fall out of favor by, for example, rescheduling an appointment, they will be "completely booked" and unable to schedule you. I mentioned that I was uncomfortable with the complaints about clients by staff, and have since "fallen out of favor". In the 10 months I was a client, with appointments every 2-3 weeks, I rescheduled only 3 times due to work-related conflicts, was on time for appointments, attempted to have cordial conversations with staff, and tipped 20% or more. The one time I had to cancel an hour before my appointment, which was due circumstances beyond my control, I was lectured by my manicurist about how much I had inconvenienced her at my next appointment. Also, current licenses could not be verified through the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.I have since found another manicurist at another nearby establishment where the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I am treated with respect.
