Discriminates Against the Elderly & Handicapped!

I took my 91 year old Grandmother into the Pier 1 on Bridgport Hill on the 6th of November to shop. She is legally blind and sees very little but "shopping" is something she loves to do. The Manager told her that "they didn't have time to help her" which up until this week was not a problem for the previous Manager. I have called the Regional Manager & she insists the problem is being dealt with but how do you make some one who cares so little about the elderly start caring! I think our elderly should be treated with respect.
