The people inside where talking about other employees using foul language will me and my sister we trying to have dinner. The people who delivered food to people waiting in the driveway waiting area were also using foul language about the manger.
Great place to eat nice and clean
This mds is really going down hill. They put my mc rib sandwich on a hamburger bun, which is much smaller than the rib meat. Had I been advised that they were out of mc rib buns I would have made a different selection, but neither the person taking my order nor the person who brought my order to the car 10 min. late (another problem in and of itself) informed me of this change. Not to mention that there are just a bunch of young kids working here at night. They don't care about your order or the time you have to wait they are just always kidding around. Don't waste your money!
every time I go there, they always mess up my order, seriously, 8 out of 10 times my order is messed up.
I dont agree with peggy_cantrell .Im a new crew member there and everyone is really nice they work together and get along fine and customers can always count on their good service!!!<3<3<3:)

Is a very very poor excuse for customer service! If you only want a single meal you MIGHT get your order right, but if you dare ask them for more than one meal then don't be surprised with what you find in your bag! It is no worse or better at one meal over another. I have given them the benefit of doubt and tried multiple times but have not ever once gotten an order correct! If I order breakkfast combo....I get no hashbrown or drinks! Whats up with that?! If I ask for a manager..they are either "too busy at this time" or "stepped out for just a moment". (for real?) If I try to call, then the fax machine is always on!(another manager deversion tactic I'm sure). I do believe that the McDonalds in Cornelia is owned by the same individual so why is it that they give SUPERB sercvice, always have a manager on site and willing to wish you a nice day and listen to their customers?! The Clarkesville location needs to be closely looked at and restaffed from the drive thru staff who can't take your order correctly to the "managers" who are all too evasive and apparently don't have the skills to train their staff! The customer may not always be right but the customer (or lack of) can close your business and put you in the unemployment line! I work hard for my money and all I expect is EXACTLY what I asked for and paid for!! So I suggest that everyone in my area follow my lead and go to Cornelia when the kids want a McDonalds fix and stay out of the Clarkesville location until they announce they have upgraded the staff.
