TERRIBLE customer service! My friend and I went there a few weeks ago and it was her first visit to the restaurant. She ordered the spare ribs and when they came out they were not what she expected. She politely stated the issue and asked if there was anything that could be done. Instead the owner came out and stated that she sells a lot of them and unless they are spoiled she had to pay for them. They were $7.50 and she ate less than 1 piece. While I understand not wanting to ever have to give a refund it was her first visit and I'm sure she will never go back again!! Customer service counts!!
