DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY!!!! I gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option. This company was contracted by a furniture company to deliver and set up furniture in our home in MA. The delivery team was dispatched from their warehouse in Stoughton, MA. When the Zenith delivery team finished setting up the furniture, I noted a large scratch on 1 piece. The delivery team took photos of the damage and assured me that the company would order a replacement part, deliver it, and install it within 1-2 weeks (which is standard protocol for any delivery company I had dealt with in the past). The delivery team then asked me to sign an electronic acknowledgement that the furniture was delivered in "excellent condition", and, when I asked where I should note the damage before signing , the driver said that the photos he took initiated the damage claim and would be processed when he finished his run. Subsequently, when I called both the delivery company and the furniture company immediately after the driver departed to note the damage claim, I discovered that the driver had flat-out lied to me, had deleted the damage photos, and denied that there had been any damage. When I alerted Zenith's customer service department that the driver had flat-out lied, they told me there was nothing they were going to do to repair the damage or replace the part because the driver denied any damage and I had signed the receipt indicating no damage. I told them that the only reason I had signed it was because the driver had told me that photos he took initiated the claim electronically (which was a complete lie I had no reason to mistrust at the time he said it), but Zenith still insisted they would do nothing to resolve the issue. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU PREFER TO DEAL WITH HONEST, ETHICAL DELIVERY COMPANIES BECAUSE ZENITH HOME DELIVERY IS NEITHER OF THOSE.
