If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. So much of our time has been spent running around these folks. I strongly suggest not to do any business with Vision Decor. I have bought a kids bed from them (via Amazon) and the bed's headboard had a broken part. To cut a long story short, extremely bad communication with this company - good thing we had Amazon. We had to file an A-to-Z claim and keep calling Amazon just to get the seller's response. Seller asked us to send them back the broken headboard (they would not prepay for us shipping back the headboard - that's a very large and heavy package to be sending out in the mail). They said they will provide us with a replacement part if we would withdraw the claim (we believed them and withdrew the claim). They could not commit on time for the new part to arrive nor give us a tracking number. At first they said they have the part in their warehouse, then they said they need to order it from overseas. To cut a long story short, we're now 3 months after the initial purchase and the bed is not yet assembled as we were waiting till today to see how things turn. I am extremely disappointed with Vision Decor as a company and will never do business with them again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. No one answers their customer service calls. They refer you to email. Emails bounce back because the mailbox is full. They have my money, I have no product and no clue if I ever will. I would cancel my order, but there is no way to contact them. Will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. FRAUD!
I ordered a table from this company through Amazon over 1 month ago. The table still has not arrived. This company sent an invalid tracking number and will not return any phone calls or emails. I now have to wait to go through the claim process to receive a refund through Amazon. The old saying is true..."Buyer Beware". Visiondecor has committed FRAUD and did not deliver. Visiondecor deserves < 1 STAR
Received shipment in very timely manner. However, had 1 defective chair. Have tried for 10 days to contact Visiondecor via phone and email to no avail. I am very unhappy with the customer service and will be forced to contact my credit card company to help resolve this issue. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.
