The RUDEST sales staff I have ever come across. BIG sign in the front "Right to Refuse Service" - is very off-putting.

Went in to try on some wigs - and they wanted to charge me a $50 consulation fee!! $50 to try on their products is a ridiculous amount. Who cares what reason I have to try on the wigs, it's none of their business anyways. A good sales model always tries to get the product into the hands (or, in this case, on the heads) of your customer. If you're a good sales-person, you can work with ANY reason and convince your potential customer that they need your product. I understand wanting to discourage people from playing with the wigs, but to demand a reason and then charge and exhorbitant price to sample your goods because the reason isn't "legit" enough is discrimnatory.

DON'T BUY HERE!!!! They'll treat you like SH**!

I hope they read this review! I called two other places - one in Roseville, and the other in Sacramento - and BOTH places were kind, encouraging, and said "COME IN!" and there were no "consultation" fees and better yet, no QUESTIONS or suspicions.

WIG GALLERIA: Get out of the Wig business. Get into the mail-order business since you don't like people touching your merchandise.

I am posting this review on multiple sites to discourage customers from patronizing a store that discriminates and has an unsympathetic attitude toward clients that may be facing a truamatic and scary future. Who the hell are they to judge?

I've been a long time (10yrs) customer..would not go anywhere else for my gorgeous wigs. It's like a vacation for me to visit them. I've bought over 60 wigs from them. They are my go-to shop for self esteem!!

I just started chemo and unfortunately no wig shops near where I live so off to SACRAMENTO I go. The first shop I went to in Roseville only took you if you made an appointment and I didn't have one so they didn't want anything to do with me but being in there didn't look like they had very many wigs to show me anyway. So now I'm off to citrus heights to the next shop. WOW, now this was a wig shop- hundreds of wigs in stock for me to try in lots of different styles and colors. I was in wig heaven. I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. I found several different styles that I loved and the ladies there were just a delight and so helpful. There were a couple of other ladies in there on chemo also so we all got to talk and share stories about treatment. I PICKED TWO WIGS, Sharon sized , cut and thinned them right on the spot and I left with them and didn't have to come back for a second fitting. They made this experience so pleasant and easy. THANK YOU TO THE GALS AT WIG GALLERIA

A HUGE Thank you to Sharron at Wig Galleria. I was beginning my chemotherapy and wanted to make sure I was prepared. My first visit in I bought 3 wigs and have returned several time for a trim and to buy more wigs. I am up to 9 now and will probably need just a couple more to get me through this. I am sure I will have no problems finding yet another cute style. Thanks again Sharon for making me laugh and picking the best styles for me. I will be back!!!

I don't normally write reviews on business good or bad but felt I really needed to do this as a consumer. I live in Nevada and there are no wig stores that can provide what I am looking for so I began my search on line. Wig Galleria came up during my searching and I dug deeper and was very concerned with some of the reviews I was reading since it would be over a 2 hour drive to get to their location I did not want to waist my time or gas. So I called them on Saturday to confirm their hours and also to ask some questions as to their stock. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and answered all my questions. So Monday I headed out to the store. I was promptly greeted when I entered the store and when I explained I was coming from Reno the young lady remembered she had spoke to me on the phone and thanked me for coming to the store. So our mission began I was not sure of what I wanted to do if I wanted to just stay grey like my own hair or step out of the box. We picked several out and I began trying them on. I found several I liked the woman who also helped me out with the long multi colored hair had so many good words of advise. So to wrap up this story I left with 3 wigs all very different in color and style and will most definitely recommend this store to everyone it is worth the drive and the ladies who work in there stay on their toes making sure no stone is left unturned when a women wants a wigs. Thank you ladies and I will be back for sure

Thank you Sharon at wig galleria. You are the kindest and most generous person . I took my 24 year old daughter there to buy her a wig because she is undergoing chemotherapy and loosing her hair. Think of how devastating at such a young age. She found just the perfect wig there after looking at many other wig shops,which seemed to cater to older clientele,. We walked into the shop and was pleasantly surprised to see so many to pick from lots of long hair and more current styles. So we ordered her style and when she came in to pick it up, Sharon had two of them there for her. She gave her the second wig and said it is hard to get along with one wig when you have to where them all the time. We could not afford to buy her two--- So thank you again Sharon, for you kindness.I would suggest no one go anywhere else than Wig Galleria for there wigs especially if you want a lot of cool new styles to choose from.

I never write anything ever !!! I have to tell you I went to EVERY Bridal store in and around SAcramento . I can say with the Bridal Gallery the lady's were so nice and so helpful . I recommend them to everyone. !! My dress came in a week early and it was exactly what I wanted !! And again the lady's there were so helpful they just seemed to care more there than any of the other stores I went too .. And the prices were great as well ! Ok this is the place lady's if you want a great dress and wonderful lady's to help ! I know you will be as happy as I am ! My wedding was the 4 th of July 2012 !

HORRIBLE!!!!!! These women are the worst! They ordered the wrong sizes, and when we contacted them to return it since it could not be worn, they just gave us MAJOR attitude and the complete run around. They will not honor the written agreements listed on their receipts. They even put their hand in your face when you are trying to talk to them. I would never recommend going to this place if it was the last place on Earth!
