The former owner of our home did not leave the elevation certificate they got from EG Rud on file with our city. The city had our certificate of survey, which is how we found out about this company. Upon inquiry to EG Rud for assistance in checking their files for an elevation certificate, they were very helpful and great to work with. I needed my lot surveyed and future house marked out. The property on record with the township had not been properly surveyed. Jason corrected this showing correct elevations, proper drainage, house location and corner stakes. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very patient with all my questions, helping me get the house in the proper location on the lot. The work was finished under the scheduled time and the price came in under the estimate. I contacted Jason because we wanted to put in a fence at our home and needed to know the locations of our lot corners. Jason was able to help me right away and was very friendly.
