Stay far away from this bank especially if you are going to use them to finance a home loan! I sold a condominium to a person and they messed up the title work and actually transferred the unit next door instead of the actual one I was selling. They hired a title company and an appraiser that are equally unprofessional and nowhere in their due diligence did they find the error until I had a commercial loan and the title search revealed the error. They didn’t take any responsibility for the error but did correct the loan for their customer. After they corrected the error they refuse to pay the last few hundred dollars to complete the recording of the title and attorney fees that they had incorrectly transferred in the first place. It’s sad when a bank will hide behind their mistakes and then nickel and dime you to correct their incompetency.

We have been dealing with this establishment for many years. They offer a number of financial services. Tellers are friendly and helpful. Drive thru can be a little long at times.

Do not bank at this branch. The customer service is horrible. I have had 2 issues with my account in the last 6 months and they have done NOTHING to help. I have been given false information that has led me to end up short handed All they did was try and sell me something. I have been in customer service long enough to know that if you want to keep your customers you need to treat them like they matter. You don't get that here. its all about the sales and what they can get from you. I spoke with Erin Warman who was supposedly a manager and she did not try to help, only proceeded to tell me that I need to learn how to prioritize when what happened was THEIR FAULT. I have worked for this bank before and I know how their process works. They focus on "customer satisfaction" and "doing what is best for the customer and they most certainly do not focus on that here.You can fake a smile all day long to get a paycheck but the true colors show when it comes down to truly helping your customers and Erin and her team at Springdale 53rd obviously haven't figured that out. For the sake of all the other customers I hope they do.

I have been working with Huntington Bank for several years-- two businesses and a personal account. They closed my business line of credit mistakenly. I have been trying to get this line reopened for over one year. Nicole Kramer does not return phone calls or emails. You would think that a bank would like to lend money to A rated companies who have an excellent history with their previous LOC. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I have been a 5/3 customer for a long time. And, up until a year or so ago, I was very satisfied with their service. Recently, however I have had more trouble with 5/3 bank than I have ever had with any one business in my life. They revamped the way they handle my accounts - forcing me into a "relationship" plan that has been nothing but a non-stop headache of mistakes on their part that take me hours of phone calls and on-site visits to repair. And, even after they fix their mistake (usually a fee they're charging me that I should be exempt from because I do, in fact, have the minimum balance in my account at all times), and tell me that it won't happen again - it DOES happen again. And, I am back in the never ending vortex of phoning them (and, no never able to talk to a human at my local branch on the phone - since the local number automatically forwards your call to "customer service" in another city, where their best advice is that I try to call back when my local branch is not busy (but they can't tell me when that might happen)) and/or being told that I need to travel an hour and a half (each way) to the branch where I originally opened my account, to ask the wizard there to fix it.It is exhausting and, apparently, never ending. I hate to leave 5/3 because I have had my accounts there for so long. They treated me well for many years. I'm a person of loyalty. But, I have no choice. I can't keep subjecting myself to this. It's not a healthy relationship.What happened, 5/3?

The rate lock is not applicable to GSB. The rate goes up, your appraisal goes down. No loan! No refund of application fee. Hocus Pocus!

This has to be the worst bunch of female tellers this city has, Never expect them to greet you or say that you or for that matter have anything to say. The teller today couldn't tell me I there was a mistake in my deposit, (blonde female teller at drive thru) she assumed she was right and put all the money in the deposit even when my deposit ticket had another amount. This bank is a joke!!!! They have a bunch of high school drop outs working there, DUMB to say the very least, or I guess never took any classes in school.

WOW, what horrible service they Provide! Jacob the manager of the Auto Bill Payer is rude and not helpful at all. I have two mortgages with them, signed at the same time, smae information. One was deducted as it was supposed to work, the other, set up the samae way was not! Called them 4 times asking they why they did not take the money......... resulted in a late charge they would not waive.Very poor service every time I called and trying to get to the right person is almost impossible!!!
