I had two storm windows from my front door that were shattered that I needed repaired. I had taken them to Ace Hardware first and they left me hanging for a week, never doing the work. Dave at Andy's did the work in one day and at half the price. I would go back to them again and recommend them as well. Happy.

Back in June of 2016 we contacted this company to replace a window. We would like to commend them on a job well done. After having the window replaced, they worked with us to be able to accept payments. Thank goodness they didn't put a lien on our house! Although $250 may seem like a small amount, it was huge. It took a load off of our minds knowing when I was in chemo and our 4yr old was in the ICU after his 3rd open heart surgery, that loosing our house was not another worry. All four of my children thank you and we taught them a lesson. Even if you have to forego paying your water bill or electric bill, know that you helped a company succeed! Great job!!!!! Outstanding ethic!!!! (We also taught them, bullies are everywhere!) Our 25 was paid EVERY pay day.

I was referred to Brandon by a leading luxury car dealer. Brandon does the detailing for all of their used cars, getting them ready for sale. My thought: if he's good enough for THIS dealer, surely he'll be good enough for me.Regarding pricing: it wasn't fair of me to ask him to price a detailing job on a luxury SUV over the phone ... but I did. He warned me how much it could be. When the job was done, it was a bit less than he quoted me. NO SURPRISES (actually a small pleasant one). That left me room to tip his guys. Regarding the actual detail: the SUV was recently purchased and it was flat out filthy. Truly. The leather seats were REALLY dirty. The carpets. Dirty. The far back had a LOT of dog hair. When I got the truck back, it was remarkably clean in comparison. In conclusion, if you are looking for a high quality detail by someone I found to be honest and competent, Brandon may well be your guy.

They did a great job on our roof. They replaced the roof in one day while we were out of town. It looks great and the price was very reasonable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted this company weeks ago to have glass replaced in a couple windows. A gentlemen came out to measure the windows and said glass would be available in two weeks. After not hearing anything once the two weeks were up, I contacted their office and every time they said they would check status and get back to me, which they never did. I started contacting them everyday as my house is being sold and I really need the glass replaced. After another two weeks, and asking when glass would be available, it was supposed to arrive this past Monday/Tuesday. I contacted them on Wednesday to inquire and explained the urgency of getting this glass in. I was advised the glass was on a truck and would be installed on Thursday. Then I got a call back saying the glass had come in but it was shattered and cracked. What a joke and what a run around. If you want someone who will do it right I'd suggest Pickens Window Service

I was highly disappointed with this company. * First, we asked them to come out to measure our opening, 3 weeks later they showed up.* Next, they said they would return early the next week, but when we called to see when, they said, glass was not even in stock until Wednesday.* They called Thursday morning to tell us they would come between 3-5. we leave work to be there by 3, but they showed at 2.* The glass needed a 2nd trip to complete, but installer "forgot" to tell anyone at the office. when we called to find out when they were coming, they said they didn't know they needed to. Called the next day to say they will fit someone in that same day.* That person comes, and does a poor job of finishing the work. I guess he was in a hurry.They were not worth the money.This was a very disappointing experience for a service vendor. from the poor at best communication to 'no pride in my work' finishing of the glass. Too many other options out there, to settle with this one.

As I tend to support local business, I had then come out and do small jobs at first, They repaired screens after other places told me to go here. Turn around was two days well within my schedule. Then my wife decided to get ALL the windows in a old house replaced. Looked at several places, and Big Box hardware stores. Apollo was below costs for most places, But the thing that impressed me was that the installer had to custom fit the windows, that took longer than quoted but, I understood that he had to rebuild the homes frames before he could installed the windows. I have had other window techs say that their company would not have had the skill set or would not have taken the time to what my old home needed. In the end I have great windows, and when I have problems theycome out and fix things in a reasonably time frame. In the end I will take craftsman who care about their work over quick, that will do, get it done any day.
