Totally disrespectful! The Chinese manager stole my grandmothers credit card then accused her of losing it once we were paying for the bill and thought because we were black that we wouldn't take immediate action in having her account closed once we voiced it was closed they later returned the card back to her because what good was a useless card. I tried contacting cooperate but these restaurants are owned individually the staff did not help "look" for the lost card because we were under the impression it was actually lost until we had found out she stole it
I am always excited to try a new sushi restaurant but this one was disappointing. This restaurant's sushi is sub par. The staff was excellent though.
AMAZING food and Amazing atmosphere
I had really been craving sushi and I had herd good things about the place but I was really upset and dissapointed with the food over all. The sushi was not fresh and had no taste even the sashimi was bland and just not that great I could of paid less and gotten better sushi from krogers. The fried rice was under cooked and drowned In Mirin not tasty at all, the gyoza where over cooked, the tempura veggies where not fresh and not to mention things where missing from my order. I honestly think the best part of my meal was my salad which was basically a container of water that got everywhere. Over all it was not worth the money I paid and if it hadn't of been so expensive for such a small amount of poorly made food I wouldn't of eatten it either. In the end I will never recommend this resturant to any one, not even people I don't like.
HORRIBLE service. DO NOT cater to specialty diets. VEG beware.When we arrived, I told our Asian waitress that we are vegan and to please stop me if I order anything that is prepared with eggs, cheese, dairy, etc. and she said ok and she would check with the kitchen and came back and ensured us that an app we had ordered wasn't made with any "meat products".... She proceeded to bring out our app which was covered in cheese, so I smiled and politely said "oh this has cheese on it. We don't eat anything with eggs, cheese, or anything like that". She took the app away and our food came. One of the dishes was strewn with eggs and I mistakenly ate some of it. We called her over and explained the mistake and just asked for the check, which she came back with and had NOT taken the two dishes that she SCREWED up on off of it. We then asked for a manager and he just took off the two items that were wrong. IMO we should not have had to pay for ANY of it.HOW HARD IS IT to just tell the kitchen staff that your customers don't eat anything that comes from an animal. I hate to complain so much, but we told her about our diet MULTIPLE TIMES. Horrible service. That is just NOT listening to your customers' requests. I will never go back to this place.
