They are the only airport taxi I use, they are very efficient and reliable. The cabs are neat and presentable, the drivers are very friendly and polite as well. They've got the best airport taxis in Cincinnati.

Attempted to set up a ride and was hung up on rudely. It seemed like they didn't even care for the customer.
Terrible, needed to get to the bank, to get funds out of the atmosphere for the next morning. Call at 12:45 am, they said it would be 50 minutes to an hour. I waited over an hour and reeled. The person who answered was nice, but said the cab had been canceled. I hadn't canceled, so he put in another order. Long story short... 3am and still no cab!?!?!? Sorry, but I can't recommend a company this bad!!
The taxi never arrived to pick up my sick husband from the ER. When he called them back, they hung up
Travelling around the world since 10 years, but Towne Taxi is the worst Taxi service i´ve ever had in my life...Experience 1: Made a online reservation, Taxi was 40 minutes too late.Experience 2: Did the mistake to made online reservation for 2nd time. Taxi was 50 minutes too late.In both cases i called the office. The ladies were just rude, told me Taxi is on the way. No excuses from the office, no excuses from the drivers. Never, never again!
Booked online and was given 1/2 hour wait time. 1/2 hour later no cab. Reloaded web page and arrival time was still the same. Called after forty five minute wait and was told there were storms and everyone was running late. Then was told that the computer said I only booked 15 minutes ago (the same time I reloaded the reservation page). Said they would call driver and was put on hold for over ten minutes. I hung up. No cab after two hours, called again and placed on hold. Walked to destination and back. Still no call back. Do not waste you time calling this company.
The worst service I ever experienced.I was waiting for 2 hours and still no cab..I was told lie after lie that the cab was 15 minutes away! REALLY! Never again
I waited for 35 minutes for my ride in the dark while it was snowing. When I called, the phone rang and rang, interrupted every 15 seconds by a recorded voice that assured me someone would pick up. While I was waiting and calling, my phone died. My driver didn't have a card swiper, and he didn't have a phone, so he asked me to use my husband's phone once we got to my house to call in to pay my fare. The woman who answered (after about 7 minutes on hold) asked me to give my husband's phone and my credit card(!!) to the driver so he could give her my card number. Uh, no thanks. It took another 10 minutes for me pay for the fare via phone because while I waiting for them to answer, the meter was running. I refused to pay the wait time for them to answer for me to pay because my driver couldn't take a card or use his own phone. Stupid, exhausting, expensive experience that I will not be repeating.
HORRIBLE! Gave me a confirmation I was good to go, never showed up. WHen I called... "we don't have a.... oh wait... there it is" When I asked when they could get to me, they responded with "probably not for a while, I don't even know." Are you serious? Stay away from these guys!
