I am extremely disappointed with the limited communications skills of the manager and inability to work with customers in a professional manner & answers questions. When calling today regarding our 9 line account which we just switched over from Verizon, in regards to switching a phone, the manager became very frustrated at my questions & to a point angry that he said he was ending the call due to the fact that when I asked him for Corporates phone number (due to him directing me to call them) since he couldn't help me switch one of my phones since its been over 14 days & no exceptions. He said he did not know the phone number or one in my area as he didn't know where I lived. I asked if there was anyone else in the store I could talk to or could help me get the number etc & his reply was no & continued to get more frustrated & blame me. At no time did he even look up my account to try to accommodate me. Very upsetting for a manager to treat there customers with such disrespect.
Kenny is the worst and will lie about ANYTHING!!! Never going back to that store due to Kenny!!!

im so disappointed the way they treated a customer like me cause i went to pay my bills but some of your staff dont act being a professional as i expected as a customer. Hopefully you guys can fix it as soon as possible.
