Mr. Scaup:We apologize that you may not of understood or we did not explain our test ride policy properly. In regards to what other dealers policies are we should not of said anyhting because those may change at anytime.Sales department test ride policy:In any given year we have over 100 makes and models of motorcycles, atv's, scooters and waverunner's. Because we have this large selection we can not have demo units for everyone to ride, but we do understand the frustration of buying something before you ride it and have always had this policy. We train our sale assistants to help you find the best ride that fits your needs. After we have helped you find the right bike within your budget, we then treat it as if you were buying it, contingent on the test ride. We help you get financed, find insurance, review sevice and parts specials, all to help you best prepare for your new ride. Then we prep your bike and on the day of delivery you have the pre-approved option to take your new-bike for a test-ride, 10 miles or less.If at that point you felt the bike did not perform the way you were told, we would cancel the deal at NO obligation to you.TSTOCKSales Mgr./New & Used depts.
Service folks are the best! Was having problems losing power with my Yamaha SCOOTER after having a routine service @ beechmont motor sports. The service mgr@ Beechmont was patronizing & condenscending, telling me it was OK while figuratively patting me on the head. Took it to cycle specialists & they were absolutely great! They spent time riding it around more than just in the parking lot. They explained to me what probably happened & specific things to do to avoid future problems. They(Chris, I think) spoke to me with respect & intelligence. SCOOTER has been riding great since. Because there was no mechanical work done, the service dept charged me ZERO for the time & effort they put into troubleshooting! WOW! VERY IMPRESSIVE! I have found my new service dept!Thank you!Maria D
4/30/17. Been here many times/today will be our last time! Very low staff.... Wings are great... Had a kids Mac n cheese "meal" that consists of a side cup of Mac n cheese and fries for $7. Thought it was a mistake since we had another kids meal of full burger and fries for same price and "manager" Shannon came out to state "well you got fries right? Very rude and thanked us for our opinion... The server (only one on floor) talking crap as she went back to let know of our question regarding this so called meal...poor all the v way around.... Do not recommend!!! Will go back to leave A real tip... THIS MANAGER SUCKS
This is a local business that really earns your business !! I have done business with this company for several years. At this location, and at the previous location in Sharonville. I ride my motorcycle year round,in differing weather conditions. I purchase all of my tires through Sport Tour. They handle all of my mounting and balancing. Their attitude, and customer service is first rate ! If they don't have what I need in stock, they get it in ASAP.
Great spot to stop after work or hang out with the local crowd to throw some darts, play pool, have a some fish & chips or just drink a dollar draft - got something stronger at family friendly prices! Stop by & meet Mona, Lisa, Rick, Jay..or Mike the owner & they all make you feel at home! Good people & Great Prices for Drinks, Drafts or Dive in to a Pizza or Dart Game...Its the place to be on the Very Western Side of the City!
You'll have to make a visit to find out for yourself the connection President William Howard Taft, native son, may have with this popular downtown bar and restaurant. Craft beers fill the bars with varied and interesting creations. Beautiful renovation done to the historic church building of yore. Interesting food options for those looking for lunch or dinner with their beer.
Conveniently located next to Washington Park, the Symphony Hotel is nothing short of spectacular. The 5 course gourmet dinner meal is an excellent option along with the various wine and bourbon selection. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit the Symphony Hotel I would highly recommend finding an excuse to check it out
Great place; always recomended... Always a great deal of help on the raod and track. One iwll be hard pressed to find another shop that gives the attention to each custoemr that this one does. I have been to this shop several times in the past, spent some good amounts of money, and will continue to do so in the future.
This small bar has a Cheers feel to it with a loyal band of regulars who are quite welcoming to newcomers. Not much room in the main room to listen to live music. You just might be standing. The back parking lot is in need of repaving. Food is pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Beautifully decorated B & B in the heart of downtown right around the corner from Music Hall and Washington Park. Composer-themed guest rooms. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 2, 3, or 5 course gourmet meals are available. Charming and reminiscient of a by-gone era.
