You cannot beat the location and view at this brewery restaurant on the Ohio River in downtown Cincy. Great selection of beers, obviously, and the food (stick-to-your ribs kind of stuff that's great to wash down with beer) was terrific. There was so much on the menu I wanted to order! Great spot for a date night or grown-up dinner with pals.
Don't go there if you are looking to eat. Over an hour to get an order of wings. Last visit one of my friends never got his pizza. The GM does not seem to care as didn't bother to come out to apologize. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IF I AM PLANNING ON GETTING SOMETHING TO EAT!!
Lots of good menu options . Great location with a cool river view. Situated in the heart of the city, this is a popular place especially when the Reds or Bengals are in town. Reservations are needed or you will have quite a wait. Acoustics aren't the greatest, and it seems very loud to me.
Nice local sports bar with typical bar food except for the mac and cheese. They have several types of mac and cheese. On Mondays all mac and cheese is half price.
Very small patio outback with live music on the weekends. Limited menu, but half price appetizers on weeknights. We always have to park across the street in the public lot. A nice gathering place for friends to catch a drink after work.
Noted for their mac and cheese varieties, Monday is the day to go and get it for half price. It goes great with a cup or bowl of their chili. This neighborhood bar and restaurant is not much to look at from the outside as it's located in a strip mall. It could also have a bit more variety on the menu, but service is quick with friendly waiters.
A nice neighborhood bar in a nice part of town. The typical bar food is reasonably priced as is the beer. Not too noisy. Not too crowded. Good live music occasionally.
New to the area and noticed this place. After a LONG day thought it would be nice to walk to this bar and get a libation as it was past the time that stores can sell alcohol but bars have another 60-90 minutes in Ohio. WRONG. There is a big sign in the front stating how this place isn't even staying open as late as Ohio will let them, not even on the weekends. Why even be a bar at all? BOO!
Having been denied access to this specific location due to my physical disability. At that time the restaurant, being nearly deserted such that there was in no manner in which my disabling condition could be construed as offensive, in no way can I speak to the quality of the dining experience, of course. What I can state is that all staff with one exception, were terrific with no such biases or prejudices against the disabled. The assistant manager however, refused to seat me among other behaviors, as well as violated several, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Laws enacted and easily enforceable. At the time it really was not worth the trouble to phone the police under the circumstances. Which would have been the next step in order to simply eat at this specified restaurant. However, this has never occurred previously and seemed too shocking at that time. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone with a disability. Physical or otherwise, despite the lack of my ability to sample to cuisine.
great vibe, excellent tunes...fun time. patrons are friendly ,confident and cool people..
