I barely have time to do these things, but I made time being that I was so terribly offended by how I was treated by this firm!I was spoken to so very condescending, and rudely. The attorney I spoke with was so short that I barely had time to even explain my issue! I also was given poor advise according to a couple of other attorney's. If your accustomed to upscale, personable, respectful, and professional service, this is so not the firm to provide it!I Would not recommend these attorney's to anyone! All I can really say is wow!!!!
I had a consultation with this firm about my student loans that started garnishing my wages with no warning at all, leaving me with almost nothing to live on after my bills were paid. I wanted to know if I had any options. I was pretty sure I didn't, but needed to make sure any way. I emailed him my situation, and within 5 minutes, the receptionist called me back to set up an appointment for the next day. With such a fast response, I was impressed and hopeful that there was something he could do to help. When I got there, I waited 15 minutes and when I finally got in there, he shrugged his shoulders and basically told me that my only option was to file for bankruptcy and that it would cost almost 900 bucks and sent me on my way. I was in there for no longer than 10 minutes. I'm fine with that answer if it's the truth, but he easily could have told me that over the phone instead of making me waste 2 hours of my day driving all the way there and back in rush hour traffic. I work 50 hours a week and share parenting with my son's father, so my time with my son is limited already. We had fun plans for this evening after I got off work which I had to give up so I could go listen to this guy try to sell me on bankruptcy so he could make a quick buck. He could have simply said that over the phone and not taken all of that time away from my very limited free time with my child. Wasting my time aside, I just got the impression that all he cared about was taking my money and getting me in and out as fast as possible so he could move on to his next victim. Also, what kind of lawyer wears an old, faded polo to the office? Not very professional at all. Don't waste your time.
