I saw that this salon had a Groupon so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely regret it! I paid for the Groupon with a haircut and deep conditioning. I showed up to my appointment early in case I need to fill anything out. The receptionist seemed like it was a problem that I was early. I told her I didn't mind waiting. Candi comes to get me around 12:50. My appointment is at 1:00. She asks what I want, and it was just a simple take a shower me inches off keep it all the same length. So she takes me back and shampoos it. We have a little small talk discussing the area I live in. She asks me what high school my husband goes to and then continues to tell me how awful it is. I think that was a little rude, but I didn't pay any attention to it. So she spends maybe 10 minutes cutting it. She patted it in the middle, I told her that's not usually how I part it, but she continued on. She decides she's done cutting and then goes to blow dry. I'm thinking what happened to the deep conditioning? She continues to blow dry and leave my part in the middle. She then makes a comment that fine hair takes a long time to dry. It had only been like 3 minutes. My hair is still wet and she asks me how I think the cut looks. I tell her it's fine, thinking she will finish styling my hair. She says she's done, gives me a card, and walks toward the receptionist. The time is 1:15. The cut she gave me any one could have done and I received terrible customer service. I tried to contact the manager and this is what I received in response:Hi, I am sorry to hear about this experience. I will have to look into this matter & discuss with Candi what happened. The salon itself does not refund any monies from a groupon. The money was paid directly to them so they would have to be the one to reimburse. It is Sat night so I will get back to you Mon or Tues during business hours. Thank you for the feedback, Shelley/ Le Salon Obviously, I will not be returning.
My mother and I went there to eat lunch. A server came over to us and told us it was her first day working there. We decided on what we wished to order. The server then ask us what 2 sides we would like. I ask, does it come with sides, she said yes. To make sure she asked the manager/owner to find out for sure. She came back and said yes that our items come with 2 sides. We ask what sides we could pick and we each made a selection. When it was time for the bill. We were charge for the sides. We would never have gotten the sides if we new they were extra. The manager/owner was very rude and says she does not make mistakes and that I should have know the menu and it was my own fault even if her own employee checked with her to see if it was with the order. I asked why she was making me pay for her employee mistake. Again, no I am sorry or anything, just that I should have known how to read a menu. If I had not asked, and the server had not checked then I would understand. Never going back here, they are more concerned about misleading customers then customer service. A good manager or owner would have saw that a new employee made a mistake and ate the extras. But this owner does not care about customer service. Most of all it was the owners fault for telling the employee it was included. I should have refused to pay for the extras and called the police. My bill should have been between $14 and $15 for my mother and me, not $20. Most of all the owner was very rude.
I've never walked thru their doors without a big warm welcome..that keeps me coming back..The barbers are all so nice to everyone and the level of maturity amongst the men is a welcomed atmosphere..I don't have to worry about the language amidst kids...they are very patient with the kids too ..offering snacks jokes and movies for them to enjoy..they say barbers are like therapists and these guys really do give some good advise..hometown at its best here..and they cut some dam good hair too..
They are selling expired food. Customer service is very bad, when confronted with the quality of the product the owner just ignored it and treats you bad. You better shop in CAM for Russian food, it is a lot of cheaper.

Full service salon with several locations in the area. They are pricey , but you get what you pay for. You can accrue points based on the amount you spend that can be used for products they sell. Glad they are finally accepting American Express cards.
This is absolutely the best salon in Cincinnati, my wife won't go anywhere else and now I go there too. The salon is very friendly, modern, and comfortble. Customer satisfaction is their #1 concern, and they always do a professional job. Highly recommended!
