The service was okay. Quoted one price when I called to make the appointment, but paid more when the service was performed, maybe because of high traffic area. Also, the high traffic area wasn't given as much attention as it should have, so to me it still looks as if it needs cleaning.
We used Teasdale Fenton for both emergency water mitigation and repair work in our condo. They were the only company to answer in the middle of the night when our condo was flooding and got out right away to start cleaning up. All teams were prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful and the work was well done. Project manager Zach helped so much with repairs and getting everything coordinated and communicated for us. Would recommend their service!
I contacted Teasdale Fenton to clean the carpet and adjoining hallway in our family room. I had vacuumed and removed all obstructions for them before their arrival. The technician called ahead to say he was 10 minutes away. He arrived on time and quoted me a price, $86 to clean the carpet. He only had to move three chairs and two tables with nothing on them. He finished in about 30 minutes and advised the carpet would be wet for 4 to 8 hours. I turned on two ceiling fans to help dry them out. I waited 4 hours and then went in to check on it. Still wet. I waited another 4 hours and check on it again. still wet and now I noticed several brown stains. It took 24 hours for the carpet to dry and then still felt damp to us and smelled musky. I was able to get most of the stains out with a damp rag and Resolve. Price for cleaning was better than others I had used but carpet seemed dirtier after this guy left. I will not be using Teasale Fenton again. Attached photos were taken the day after they cleaned the carpet.
Just had my Carpets Cleaned in my home today. The techs were very informative and helpful. I am extremely happy with my services I received. My home smells fresh and clean and carpets look new again. ( Even after my puppy did his business on it. ) I will be using Teasdale Fenton again.

Totally Atrocious duct cleaning job! avoid them !...didnt perform the most basic & obvious standard practice of closing off all the vents (...except the one being cleaned on) & did not ' zone off ' (seal off) the system at the air filter, resulting in 80-85% loss of critical vacuum cleaning suction, resulting in poor cleaning of the ducts & allowing for loosened dirt & debris to unnecessarily escape into my home !.... additional uncaring cutting corners every which way in the job performance.... Check NADCA website for Duct Cleaning Info. See there for member contractors in your area...they agree to perform the work to particular standards.

Scheduled an appointment and even confirmed the appt. yet no one showed up. Didnt receive a phone call, nothing. When I called to ask where they were I was told I didnt have an appt. and the woman wgot extremely rude, condescending and upset with me, the customer. She offered nothning in the way of a solution only hostility towards me, telling me I should have confirmed the appt., which I DID. I will NEVER use Teasdale Fenton Cleaners again and strongly recommend you dont either. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

When Customers call for cleaning, they are given an estimate of what the cost will be, based on the information they give us. Techs, upon looking at the job, may change the price due to various reasons, including urine treatment, basic odor issues, stain removable etc. It has never been our intention to take advantage of any customer
We would have liked an opportunity to talk with the customer to rectify any issues they may have had. Had the customer called us immediately, we could have gotten to the bottom of the issue.
We would still like to talk with him/her to see if we could find some common ground and keep them as customers; we would also consider a free carpet cleaning on the next cleaning

the worst experience ever! The company should do more checking on the techs that they send out to represent them. I had to ask them to leave my home. I got another company to do the job for a hundred less than the what Teasdale's tech was trying to get out of me, with all the chemicals treatments. They tried to over charge me for treatment of chemicals i didnt want or need. When the tech finally understood i didn't want all the extras, he got an attitude and became verbally abusive. Teasdale was the most expensive on the chemicals, or at the very least the tech was. They can price the chemicals at whatever they decide based on my research. I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows not to use this company!
The TF crew is very professional and extremely helpful. There were certain pieces of furniture I could not move by myself and they were right there to help. The rugs came back on time and looked beautiful. I have dogs and they were really dirty when they left here, looked like new on return. AND the price is right!
I've used TF for years, and will again.

We had all the carpets cleaned throughout our house and they practically look brand new now! The guys who cleaned the carpets worked quickly and were careful when moving furniture and did a great job putting everything back in place when finished. We got a great deal too!

About a month or so ago we had Teasdale Fenton clean our carpets at our home in preparation for our daughter's wedding which was to be at our house. They did a very nice job. As part of the deal, they said that they would come back and reclean the traffic areas of our carpets at a later date for a small fee. We called them to do the relean this week. They did a very nice job. they were very easy to schedule. Showed up right on time, Their worker was very professional, courteous and did a fine job. We were very happy with their work
