AWFUL STORE! On my first and last visit there I dropped off a peacoat and new white and black shirt to be cleaned. The shirt (a $90 shirt from White House Black Market which I have worn one time) had a small stain which I notified your employees of. I then returned later in the week to pick up my clothing items. A few days later while hanging up my clothes I noticed that the black flowers on my shirt, especially the ones in front, had faded in certain areas.
I called the store and calmly asked to speak to the manager. Upon answering the phone (without identifying herself) she listened for about ten seconds then while I was speaking proceded to start talking to someone in the background and laughing. I let it go and continued explaining when she interrupted me and told me to bring it in. I then went to the store where she basically told me it was my fault and I should not have brought it in. The label says handwash and I can assure you that I have taken clothing with these types of lables to drycleaners for the past fifteen years. She also mentioned I could try taking it back to the store where I purchased it and it was not her fault. The entire interaction was one of the rudest I have had as a customer.
I happened to have worked at a dry cleaners (Sontag Cleaners) throughout my high school and college years and never had such an issue. If we ruined a piece of clothing we replaced it with no questions. Customer Appreciation was apparently more important to us than to Hyde Park. I was not coming in asking for a full refund but an apology or even a refund for the cost of the dry cleaning would have been nice. I currently run the marketing and PR division of a Cincinnati based company and would never let my employees treat anyone the way I was treated .

This is by far the WORST dry cleaning operation in Cincinnati, The staff is totally rude and unfriendly. I brought my suit into the Hyde Park location and when I picked it up there was a tear on the lapel of the suit coat. I brought it back, left it there and asked them to fix it. I talked to the manager who completely blew me off and denied any wrong doing!!! I even contacted an attorney to have a letter sent requesting payment to get it fixed and they never followed through. Bottom line this place sucks I would never ever bring anything back to this horrific dry cleaners unless you want your clothes damaged and have no recourse for their wrong-doing! STAY AWAY from there

I brought in about 5 items and was happy with the quality of one. The shirts look like I washed them at home and were not pressed well. My biggest complaint is with a satin top I brought in that now has steam spots all over it. I called this morning and they said to bring it back in to redo, but I am highly dissatisfied. Any place that would give a shirt back in this condition is not satisfactory. I am only hoping my shirt isn't ruined for good although there is now an additional pull in it as well.
I do not recommend this company for multiple reasons. Their customer service is nonexistent- I took a very expensive dress to get dry cleaned here and they treated the dress like a dish towel! When I picked up the dress pieces of it were missing including the strap and they would not take blame for it! They were very rude to me and said it was not their fault and told me it was the dress maker's fault which sent me on a wild goose chase to get my dress fixed and it is STILL NOT FIXED! Thus I am left with an unwearable dres...For these reasons I truly caution you against taking your business here.
