Overall

As Branch Manager of this location, I had 75+ clients who I was well respected by. I was hard working employee. I worked for this company for two years than was fired on my two year anniversary with the company for unethical reasoning. I was brought on to this team with little knowledge of working in the field. I had to teach myself how to do the job, there was no basic training set up at this company. I spent every waking hour at the job site, we were unable to call off or not report to work unless it was life threatening and at that time we would be required to provide proof. Upper Management was difficult to deal with and sometimes never present at the job site. Communication from upper management was mostly through text, email, or phone. Pay rate varies between all employees and each employee is paid different rate. It was cooperate america setting where it was 100% dedication to the job and no dedication was allowed for family, school education, and so forth.
