I wish I would have come here before doing business with these crooks. I purchased a couch, love seat, coffee and 2 end tables. I spotted it last summer and periodically went in the store to look at I finally went in to lay it away on Feb 22 this year. I went in to weeks later to leave a large payment and suddenly it was gone. This was very upsetting and disappointing. I decided after awhile to go somewhere else and asked for my money back. The sales rep told me for the first time about their policy that they take a huge percentage upon canceling. I had no choice but to keep paying until I could get my furniture. They offered me another set for same price even though they said it was 100.00 dollars more but said I had to wait for it. I really had no choice they also did not inform of the delivery policy. I rushed to pay off the furniture only to be told it would be a 4-6 week wait for delivery! I will never ever go near this store again! It's April 1st and I still have not gotten my paid for +delivery fee furniture! Don't go to this store!

I went to Longs to purchase a new sofa and loveseat. I was extremely satisfied with the selection and the friendly sales staff. This store offers a great layout with a large variety of products. I saw the same sofa offered at Ashley for more than 150.00 over the price I paid at Longs! I would recommend this to any family member or friend. They will even work with your budget. The best part was my delivery arrived on the same day! I have nothing negative to say about Longs Furniture. The new store is in Hartwell on Vine Street. Check it out!

Go somewhere else - these people are thieves & liars!!

I went to this place in an emergency to get a child's bed. I picked out and paid for what I wanted they told me it was in stock and that it would be delivered the next day. The delivery time came and went so i called to inquire about my purchase they informed me that the bed was not in stock and they had no idea when they could expect it. I naturally requested a refund so i could go somewhere else to get the bed. They told me that all sells are final and that I would have to wait. ONE MONTH LATER THE BED ARRIVED!!!! Needless to say was upset by then. No one there offered me any apology or explaination why I was sold a bed that was not in stock when I made it perfectly clear that I needed it the next day! I thing they lied just to get the sure sell!! They are dishonest cheats and liars - don't YOU be their next victum!!
