I am from the Mason/West Chester area and I recently got engaged. I spent a couple months shopping for the perfect ring. After going to multiple stores(family owned and corporate) a friend recommended to me to try Faigle & Sons, the service and quality of their jewelry were second to none. Brad spent nearly 6 hours with myself teaching me about diamonds and helping me design the perfect ring. He and his family didn't just want to make a sale, they wanted me to know what I was buying and to be thrilled with what I purchased. After 3 weeks of designing the ring and showing me stone after stone until I found the right one, I was shocked to see the ring when I went to pick it up, it was amazing!! Needless to say my fiance absolutely loves the ring and receives lots of compliments from friends and co-workers to complete strangers. I would highly recommend shopping with Faigle & Sons no matter how far of a drive it is as their service, quality and prices are top of the line. I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else!!

Not from the west side originally I sort of stumbled upon Faigle's jewelry store and so glad I did! I had them re-mount diamonds in an antique ring setting that was my grandmother's. They were so excited about this job, because of the antique setting and the quality of the stones. It turned out beautifully. I have since returned and had them re-design my engagement ring and again the quality as well as cost to do the work was wonderful. Please patronize this wonderful FAMILY business! A mall jewelry store just doesn't even remotely compare in cost, quality, or service! They really care about their customers and items they sell and work on.

My family has been using Faigle's for generations. They were the only jeweler my Grandfather would trust his things too. My mother had a very old unique ring appraised and we were treated wonderfully. When my fiance proposed to me with his great great grandmothers ring, of course it didn't fit and the only jeweler I was going to trust was Faigle's. When we got home from the engagement vacations I had dinner with my now fiances parents and I explained that I would also be getting the ring appraised to add to my home owners insurance (which your standard insurance DOES NOT cover Jewelry) they then in turn gave me all of the other 5 rings that were my fiances. I knew they all needed to be cleaned, and appraised for safe keeping. Julie was wonderful! she resized all the rings, had them all appraised, even let us know about the plating my gold ring to look platinum. Julie is wonderful we have already picked out my fiances ring and we will begin working on mine soon. They have also insured my twin sisters engagement ring and fixed it for her. They are wonderful. My best friend was also very impressed when they took her yellow gold wedding setting and made it look brand new with the platinum look for FREE just so she could see what it looked like!! they are wonderful and you will not find a jewelry company out there like them. I know my future generations will use them also!!

A full five stars for Faigle Jewelers. I got a great deal on a wonderfully made beautiful engagement ring. Julie made the whole experience painless, educational, and (much to my personal amazement) fun!!! She was direct, yet courteous, easy going, and very, very knowlegeable. She was able and willing to share her knowlege, and to take her time to listen, communicate, and make sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and that I was completely satisfied.
The work behind the counter was absolutely flawless and when all was said and done I got an awesome, unique, one-of-a-kind engagement ring that was an instant hit, and will continue to be so for a lifetime.
Thank you to Julie, and to all at Joseph Faigle & Sons for making a special time in my life surpass all that I had ever dreamed it could be!

I grew up on the West Side, but moved an hour north about 7 years ago. Faigle Jewelers has always had an excellent reputation, and the few occasions I had been in there before, I was treated wonderfully. My father-in-law has also been a frequent - and extremely loyal - customer there for decades.
My husband recently purchased a new wedding ring for me to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary - online. He also purchased a separate, practically flawless, 1 carat diamond - valued at $8,000 - online, although the retail cost was in excess of $10,000. When we needed to have the diamond mounted in the ring, we immediately thought of Faigle to do the work - although it was SO far out of our way - regardless of the other jewelers who were located much closer to home.
As soon as we stated to the woman who helped us what we wanted done (who I believe is a daughter of Faigle himself), her response was, ""Well, I can do it, I guess, but I really would've appreciated an opportunity to sell you the 1-carat diamond."" We paused for a moment, unsure of where she was going with this. After much hesitation on her part - ""You're asking me to assume all the risk on something you never gave me the opportunity to sell you, something I'm not making any money on."" - she agreed to set the diamond. During the 15 minutes we were there, among other remarks made, in a disgusted manner, we were told that they don't make much money on things like this, they can only survive if they're given the chance to sell the actual jewelry, as well as her repeated declarations of how uncomfortable she felt doing the job at all. When my husband finally said, ""Do you want the job or not?"" she eplied in a nasty and disgusted voice, ""Yes, we can do it, but it's going to cost you."" The cost of $75 was nothing compared to what we were prepared to pay, and because we were in need of someone to set it, we agreed to let her do it, and realized that if she messed it up, it was her loss, not ours, so we had little to lose.
My question is, Why, if you see a person who places $11,000 (diamond plus ring) worth of jewelry in front of you, would you not see them as a potential future customer and treat them as such, rather than greedily and begrudgingly focusing on the diamond sale you lost??? If the diamond was only a quarter-carat, would she have reacted the same way?? Obviously, we could afford to buy this, and would probably have purchased even more - from her - but now she's lost us - and our father-in-law's decades of loyal business - forever. VERY bad business decision.
Over the past year, I did a great deal of research on wedding engagement rings and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. I was initially planning on waiting until our anniversary in October to propose, but in late February, my girlfriend came to me with an opportunity to go on a much needed beach vacation in the beginning of April. This was it. In nearly five years of being madly in love with each other, we had yet to enjoy the boundless ocean together. I knew I had my work cut out for me.
I was initially recommended to a jeweler who gave me the opposite of the romantic ring shopping experience I’d imagined. He was a salesman more than anything and I left his shop more worried about the time crunch than ever. Brad Faigle of Joseph Faigle & Sons Jewelers set me at ease. He assured me that before we left for our sunny retreat, I would have the perfect stone with the perfect setting for the perfect engagement surprise. Throughout the entire month, Brad constantly let me know that he was “fighting for me” to acquire the diamond and customize the ring that fit my vision. This was no exaggeration.
Under pressure, the Faigle family and staff weren’t phased a bit. I was truly astonished with the efficiency and intimate service they were able to provide in this hectic, last minute effort. To top things off, they gave me a price within my budget for a ring which appraised for nearly double AND made a matching wedding band without prompting. Perfect indeed.
Guys and gals, there really is no better jeweler in Cincinnati. A great ring, at a great price, under an unbelievable time crunch, and still, Jo. Faigle & Sons Jewelers continues to amaze me. Upon arrival home, my new fiancé took in her shiny prize to be sized and they did so at no charge in less than an hour. They also gave it a thorough cleaning and polishing, which they gladly do free for their customers for life!
Needless to say, I will never shop elsewhere for jewelry. Anyone looking for great value and unbeatable service take note and give Faigle a try. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

Matt worked with us on incorporating new stones to my wife's wedding ring without abandoning the existing design. What we settled on turned out excellent and pricing was low enough we bought a set of earrings too. Their customer service is unmatched, setting a standard that others can only aspire to. Well worth the drive from anywhere in the Tri-State

I like to buy local and make sure my money goes back into the community in which I live. Having Faigle and Sons in my neighborhood makes my choice of jeweler a no brainer. Everytime I go there they go out of their way to make my expereince wonderful, even staying a half hour past closing to make sure my engagement was just right. They show you what a family buisness is all about- quality work and real care for their customers.
Thank you so much!
