Phil and his wife extended the best customer service. Phil allowed me to pick a quality diamond within my budget. People have continued to comment on my wife's ring. Phil allowed me to design a ring thats one of a kind and it was such a positive experience that I will never forget.

Came in here on a VERY tight budget. Somehow Phil managed to find us amazing wedding sets and he stayed within our budget. He was so sweet, and even stayed passed closing to help us finish. He gained customers for life from us. :-D

If I could give 6 stars I would. I purchased an engagement ring from Amrein last fall. Phil spent the better part of a Saturday helping me make the selection of the ring that would accentuate the biggest decision of my life. Phil goes out of his way to make you comfortable and will always put your interests first. There is no worry of getting "upsold", staying within your budget is a key point.
