Alford Motors Inc

Alford Motors is TERRIBLE. I have never done business with them, but I've been receiving phone calls for about 3 months now looking for a specific person. After repeatedly telling them I am NOT this person, I'm still being called. Last night I received a phone call from one of their employees telling me personal information about the lady they're looking for and proceeded to accuse me and cuss me out. After calling JEFF MACK today I am still VERY dissatisfied by the way he handled things. He was rushing me off the phone and didn't even ask for the phone number the employee called me from to take care of the situation. His half-assed, less than sincere apology could've been way better, and I'd say he needs some work with his customer service skills. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I went to Alford a long while back and got my first car for what I thought was pretty reasonable price. I took good care of it and it never gave up on me. Eventually I traded it in after a few years... still running fine.

I went back and they gave me a nice discount on a much better one. I've been to the service department since then to replace a timing belt, other than that I've only had to put oil and gas in the thing. Can't complain.

ON 9/19 ME AND MY DAUGHTER KARA WENT TO ALFORD MOTORS TO LOOK AT CARS TO BUY THE GUY WHO TOOK CARE OF US WAS MEL FRANKLIN WE ENDED UP BUYINGA 97 OLDS ACHIEVA FOR $2000 CASH I KNEW THE CAR NEEDED OXYGEN SENSORS,WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS KARA TOLD ME THE CAR WAS RUNNING HOT I TOLD HER DONT DRIVE IT NO MORE I HAD SOMEONE LOOK AT IT AND THE CAR NEEDS A HEAD GASKET ALONG WITH A LIST OF OTHER THINGS I WAS UNAWARE OF SO I CALLED MEL 2 SEE WHAT HE WOULD DO I TOLD HIM SHE ONLY PUT 136 MILES ON THE CAR AND ITS NOT RUNNING CAUSE NOW THE CAR WONT EVEN START HE SAID WELL YOU CAN BRIBG IT BACK AND TRADE IT IN AND ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY IS SALES TAX SO WE HAUL THE CAR DOWN THERE AND HE SAID HE COULD ONLY GIVE ME 1,000 FOR THE CAR I SAID ARE YOU CRAZY WHY WOULD I BRING THIS CAR BACK AFTER PAYING 2,000 AND YOU ONLY WANT TO GIVE ME 1,000 THEN ME GET ANOTHER CAR AND MAKE PAYMENTS I SAID ALL YOU WANT IS MORE MONEY AND HE SAID WELL THIS IS A BUISNESS AND THATS WHAT ITS ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CUSTOMER . PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WITH THIS PLACE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME OR WRITE ANY REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE.I ALSO TALKED TO A MANAGER AND HE DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING EITHER, HOW DO THEY THINK THEY WILL GET CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK OR REFER THEM IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO PEOPLE. I AM ALSO TURNING THIS IN TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.I JUST WANT TO SAY AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALFORD MOTORS THEY WILL SALE YOU JUNK AND THEY DONT CARE THEY ARE ONLY FOR THE MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER.
