Terrible experience, Lowes protection plan uses this company, the man showed up in a small sedan, couldn't barely fit the repair tub for the washer in the car, told me it would take 2 hours for the repair, he took 5.5 hours. He didn't bring the appropriate tools, had to ask for my tools, had to request I come down and help him disassemble several times after putting it together wrong. He rubbed the nice white enamel paint all over the concrete floor, leaving scratches deep into the nice enamel. He cut himself, left blood finger prints all over the washer. He admitted he was in over his head, showed his frustration. He closed up the back of the unit and quickly closed the ticket. The washer did power up, but it now is more destroyed than when he arrived. The washer does not run on any cycle but the large, it makes loud banging sounds, and if you try to run a small cycle, it fills with water until it overflows. The repair man destroyed my washing machine. Lowes arranged for them too come out again(against my judgment), I called too verify in the morning they were coming at 0800, the man said yes, between 0900 - 1300 (verified my appointment with my phone number). I called again at 1230 and the guy said I should be hearing from the technician anytime. I called at 1305 when nobody called. The man I spoke with two times earlier in the day now said I don't have an appointment. I called Lowes back, they confirmed my appointment. I took the day off work and wasted my whole day waiting for this company too arrive. Not only did they destroy my $1000 washer, they are now intentionally avoiding me. They will not disclose how the technicians are credentialed too work on the appliances. I would never use this company, dishonest, and disrespectful.

Samsung sent them to repair my fridge. On a wednesday, the technician opend the fridge, assumed it was a sensor, took a $150 diagnostic fee, said it needed parts ordered and hed be back the next day to fix it. He was in my home at most 10 minutes. He never came back. I tried to call them on monday and never was able to contact them by phone or by text to thier technician. Samsung also could not contact them.Samsung sent a different company and closed the old ticket, since my fridge was now holding above 50 degrees for a week and needed to be fixed asap.New technician found that no parts were needed, just needed to clear a clogged drain and thaw the coils. S is Ohio just assumed i would need parts and were going to charge me for service i didnt need and the labor to do so. They didnt even do proper trouble shooting and it cost me $150 and would have cost me more in spoiled food, labor and parts if i sat around waiting on them.0/5
Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with their service. The tech was 2 hours late, came in for 30 sec and told us we need a new outlet to plug our refrigerator in and then asked for the $49 service call fee. He could've told me to try a new outlet over the phone, instead he took advantage of us and was in and out in less than 5 min and never once looked at the appliance itself. Poor customer service. When I called to inquire, I explained what happened and they hung up on me.
I highly recommend that you not let these people in your home or business. I had them at my home on 7/8/16 to repair refrigerator. Mike was name of repairman. Took refrigerator apart. Made "temporary" repair. Said he needed parts to make permanent repair. I gave him $190 for parts deposit. After perhaps 50 phone calls, he never returned. A couple of times I got someone on the phone who said they would call back in ten minutes, which they never did. I also discovered at least three different phone numbers that when called, mailboxes were full.As of today, 8/4/16 No one has returned my phone calls.

1 star is too high for this company! My parents used them for their business to fix some refrigerators and ice machine.. The men took their money up front. They showed up late the times they came, then left "due to not having the supplies needed" and came back high and incoherent those times, barely able to speak. Never showed up the times after that. Wouldn't return calls, even though they said they would. Stole a part. Even the so called "owners" claimed they would fix the issues and had fired the people, but come to find out, had not fired them, we're not the owners and never showed to correct the issues, never returned the money or the stolen part. My parents had to go to the police and other avenues. This company is scam!!! They need to be shut down and investigated!
Do not use this provider. He came to my house with a dog and a child. I was guaranteed 1 year on the supposedly new pump he installed in my washing machine, but never showed me the old part. Total bill $328.95 and my washing machine still does not work, and the dryer which he said he cleaned, I took the back off of, and he didn't touch it.Do NOT USE this Man. Of course I have called and emailed, and guess what, no response, ....surprise. DO NOT USE THIS MAN

The tech fixed our refrigerator I had already started working on. (being a carpenter I know how fustrating this is for service techs) But he was very helpful. He even showed my wife how to clean the sprayers on our dishwasher. We would recommend.
