Although I’ve dealt with them for over 30 years, I had not been in the store for about three years. When I walked in recently both Robin and Jim immediately addressed me by name, and Robin even remembered my wife’s jewelry preferences! That is a truly amazing level of service!

Great selection of custom jewelry available for both men and women. Shipping was fast and when I had any questions about my order, their Customer Service was right on it. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Had a few Items made. Great customer service. Joe ( the owner) nice person and know his craft. that is what I liked. what really impressed me that he has a female bench jeweler. very nice.

Very nice jeweler put a battery in my watch for only the cost of the battery. He also looked at some jewelry that had been passed down to us, telling us what we had, at no cost. I would trust this business as a place to buy or have jewelry repaired.

If you need jewelry cleaned or repaired this is the place to go. His new jewelry is a bit out of my price range.

I love when I see a gift wrapped Schwartz box under the tree. Always quality jewelry and helpful staff to assist in your selection. Limited street parking with large lot in the back.

We have enjoyed the gorgeous, exotic and unusual items of jewelry that David so carefully and selectively procures and provides for his wonderful boutique. It's so charming to be greeted by his adorable bird. If you are looking for a beautifully crafted and eclectic piece, this is the shop for you. You will not be disappointed. Mr Rafael is pleasent, witty, and knowledgeable of the unique tasteful product he sells. In a business where patience is more and more a quality left to be desired in a shop keeper. Dave is as acomadating as an old friend... I'm looking forward to visiting that "New friend" often 'cause you'll never know what's new there if you don't check back frequently.

Very very shady, this place will change what they tell you often to take advantage of you. They are snakes.
