OMG, what a bunch of rude people. I just joined YP so I can share my experience. The lady who runs this place to isn’t qualified to serve hamburgers. Not literally threw the receipt at me while I asked why I’m paying so much and I wasn’t quote that price. They advertised a $39 special but after all is set and done the price was doubled. Then then point to parts in their fine prints. NEVER AGAIN!!!
It's the worst customer service that I ever experienced that the owner was very rude and he doesn't know how to talk to people just terrible service I would advise anyone to stay away from this place step away as far as you can they are the worst lawnmower facilitator in Southwest Ohio
Terry, the owner charged my business for services that were not authorized, then she proceeded to insult my employee and myself. She is very angry and should not deal directly with any customers. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years, no more because of angry Terry!
First class turned my 16 year old Toro into a brand new cutting machine. Thank you for the excellent service.
Wow, guess I'm not going back and not the only one!! Disrespectful of your time kinda service, and next time someone comes in for a fuel pump don't send them down the road for spark plugs, I need the fuel pump!!!
Last fall I had my lawn mower serviced paid over $200 and had more issues with my mower than I did before I took it to get serviced. I took it back to get it fixed right the lady at the front desk give me a lecture and pretty much yelled me, really rude and unprofessional. Told me that if I needed to bring it back up I was going to be charged the $42 service fee and I'd have to be placed on a waiting list. After 4 weeks in the shop, I decided to call to see what was going on and they said it had been ready for 2 weeks. When I asked ask why I wasn't contacted she got nasty and hung up. After I picked it up and took it home I went to cut grass and the carburetor started spitting gas out everywhere. After 6 weeks of having to borrow my neighbor's lawn mower. I didn't want to have to use their mower another two, three, four weeks so I just went bought a new one. Worst experience! I don't know how they stay in business I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Horrible service! We bought an exmark there this past year and when we call to get it in for service the guy right off had an attitude for no reason. Sorry if your having a bad day but do you really need to take it out on the customer? Very unprofessional, I'll take my business elsewhere!
Can't give any star. What an awful, horrid abusive business and staff. And I did not even get to the stage where I left my mower. Started from the time the old guy let a friend cut in front of me after a long wait and then gave me schit and ended with the owner giving me schit while I said the hell with it and tossed my mower in my pickup. Nightmare to deal with. Don't go there...be warned. Read others as well.

I took my lawnmower for tune up and oil change. I was told the cost is $39.99 + parts. I asked what you do and I was told they change the spark plug, filter and change oil and sharp the blade.After 2-3 days we received the call and were told we need new blade, and told them to go a head with it. But we received another call and were told that it was mistake, the blade is good and will be sharpen. We were told we need wheel but they do not have wheel so we can pick up the mover and there is no extra charge.When I went to pick up the mover there was extra charge for spark plug and filter. I told the spark plug and filter was part of the tune up, but regardless I had to pay for it. The additional cast was $24.I would not recommend this to anyone. If U take UR mover for service please find out the total cost before give it to them.
