I went there on September 26, 2016 for a pre-employment drug screen I signed in gave the receptionist my driver's license and took a seat. A young male Specimen Processor came out and called my name his name is Garrett and took me back to do the drug test. He told me to empty my pockets and wash my hands and I did he then proceeds to explain what's next to my surprise he tells me I can not have any tissue to use while I'm doing the drug test meaning you use the restroom pull your pants up and then you can clean yourself up afterwards, so I used the cup put in on the restroom floor and opened the door slightly and told him to get it and give me some tissue and he did just that. Long story short they the forms back to the employer that I did not show up for the test. I called back and talked to Christine and she said you're in our computer I remember checking you in and said it was a computer glitch and suggested that I could come back and take it over I told her no not there. I'm not happy with them because I called Christine at 10:04am October 5, 2016 and explained everything to her and left my number she did not call me back I had to call her back at 3pm she could've returned my phone call with that generic excuse she gave me (her word's to be exact.

Good doctor does a great job don't go there thinking he will fix a broken collar bone but he will give you a referral. .
This place is horrible. When I walked in the lady at the desk was more worried about ordering her pizza and killing a critter walking around than checking us in. It was busy at all so we really didn't wait that long but it did take the lady a while to put my information in. There was a male nurse that was pretty nice and he did my daughters stats. the Dr came in the room and was there for maybe a minute tops. my daughter was running a 102 temp and has been having stomach and back aches. He said it's a stomach virus without really even looking at her. I go to check out and he didn't say whether she could go to school or not. He was standing around the corner and said yes she can go to school. She is running a temp and she can go to school? This was 530 pm when we went. I should have paid attention to all of the negative reviews that I read before hand because they were all true. I wouldn't even take my dog to this place!
Dr Brown is the absolute best. It is so important to trust your physician. The care he gave to my family is the standard I wish I could apply to every physician I use now. I have to say, no one has even come close to the care he gives. I no longer live in Cincinnati and I do miss having him a my doctor.
This has been the only practice I have gone to my entire adult life. I am not a person who runs to the doctor unnecessarily. I have used this practice all through my 20's, 30's and I'm 1/2 way through my 40's. I called January 10, 2014 to make an appointment for what could have possibly been a serious condition. I was asked when the last time I was in. I said it's probably been 5 years. I was told that I was "...no longer in our computer system and would therefore be treated as a new patient...and by the way, we aren't taking new patients." So BEWARE of this practice. They will toss you aside with out a second thought to your health or well being. If they are not making enough money off of you as their patient, then you can go somewhere else. Doesn't matter that there is decades of history with a patient...its what have we made off of you lately? They also are one of those practices that will nickel and dime you to death with all of their fees for what is standard tasks handled by the medical office staff. Don't say you weren't warned...
Dr Bhandari is the best DR in town, she not only listens to your issues she does something about it. She has saved my life and I want to let others know that she is caring and compassionate. Thank you Dr Bhandari!
IF you have VERY SIMPLE issues; the common cold, etc., than you'll be fine here; anything over that, and you may want to seek out more dedicated physicians. This is a real in-and-out kinda office; if you want or need more, this is not the place for you.
