Every time I order from this company, they get the order wrong. My Dr. has sent orders for overnight oxygen tests which they ignore. They never answer the phone. In an equipment failure emergency, you're out of luck. One star is way too generous for this company. Their poor service borders on criminal.
I have been very happy with Lincare until now. Previously, when I visited my son in CT, Lincare delivered oxygen and accessories to his home then picked it up after I left. This year, after several calls to the Cincinnati office by me and calls to the CT supplier by my son, NOTHING HAPPENED. They did not contact my son, nor me, but just ignored the request. I was in CT for 5 days and did ok without the nightly oxygen but am very disappointed with Lincare. They have people's lives relying on their service so need to be much more responsive in supplying our needs when requested.
The service is horrible and the employees are rude. Don't use this company. My mother was in need of oxygen and they messed up the delivery, and basically told me oh well we can not come out again for another 4 days use your Stationary unit which would confine her to the house because of their mistake. When I called to speak with a manager to tell him what happened the manager put the rude employee i spoke to early on the phone, and with the manager right there listening the employee still continued to be nasty and rude. I recommend NEVER NEVER using this company for your supplies, you will die from lack of oxygen before they got there because the dont care.An hour later they had another employee contact me because i told them i will no longer be using their service and can you believe that this person was just as rude and nasty as the other one,,,, unbelievable
Horrible service... Never answer the phones. When message left never returns calls. Wish we'd went with another company. Went in person to try and get a part since they don't answer calls and they were nothing short of rude.
The field representative are very helpful and courtesy, but your office staff and customers services Representative are very Rude and Nasty need to improve on customer service skills and learn how to talk to people
I just received a nebulizer from Lincare. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me and said they would be delivering it that morning. I had asked my pulmonologist for the nebulizer on Thur. and got this call on Tuesday. The man who delivered them machine was kind and helpful also.
I've had 2. bad experiences with Lincare. First, I tried to order a portable oxygen concentrator through them. After 5 weeks, I finally gave up and canceled it. Next, we tried to have my portable oxygen concentrator repaired thru them. (Bought online. Incarre requires that it be returned thru a provider). My husband TOOK it to them on June 29. They didn't send it until July 10; today is August 19 and we still don't have it back. I don't recommend Invacare either. We're getting the runaround from everybody! Actually, I think Invacare has lost it. We get a different answer every time we call and nobody returns our. call.
It took this company longer to complete the process of filling a prescription of a knee walker. Because even the supervisor never explained to the doctor. Then they had to order after it was requested a month earlier. I was out of my cast on in a walking boot by the time this company ever completed their job successful, for a piece of equipment that a doctor felt medical necessary.
