The service is perfect. They were able to deliver the pizza on time as they have committed. I would not get my pizzas from other places from now on.
Sat there for at least 10 minutes without any staff even recognizing our existence. Will not be back.
Delivery service sucks. Ordered food and waited for an hour and half. When called the store was told that food will be delivered in another 25 min. So after waiting over an hour and half. They asked to wait more. Gets an answer by a store employee that they have only 1 driver. That sucks. So basically they don't give a shit about customers.. I gave 1 star coz it won't let me write my review.. we live not even 0.3 miles away from the store.. you guys suck..
Our family has visited for years. The food is always delicious and the restaurant is clean. The only draw back is if you visit at a busy time parking can be a challenge, which is to be expected with anything worthwhile.
Do not order from grandmas pizza they are very rude and all they have working for them are lowlifes my mother called and was placing a order and happen to give the wrong phone number because she dont know her number off hand because its a new sell number and the old women who was on the phone and called her a lier and was putting her down . this happen at the Amelia store near Walmart. I have never in my life have had some one so rude in my life.
This is my first rating because it was THAT bad. I walked in to a 45 minute wait so we chose carry out. After waiting 10 minutes just to put the soup and salad order in, we were told it would be 30 minutes and they would call us...our order was ready 75 minutes later. Unfriendly staff, cold food and cramped area. Don't recommend!!
Good food always right no complaints i love it
I would have gave them a lower rating if I could. We have been ordering from them for years, then this last time they got our hoagie order wrong, so they made us 2 more. So my wife goes up there and the man working asked where are the hoagies that were wrong. On the phone we weren't asked to bring in the bad ones. 15 years and when the order was wrong we were never asked to bring in any wrong order. My wife told him this, and he through the hoagies up on the counter and said the cheese is on the bottom, which is weird because the cheese wasn't the problem. Now the cheese being on the bottom of the hogie tells me either their equipment isn't working properly or its under new ownership. So either way they lost our business and I recommend if you like angilos the best one is norwoods.
Hand tossed artisan pizzas a little more gourmet than the usual pizza joint. They really only have salad, calzones, and pizza on the menu along with beer and wine. Create your own, specialty, or seasonal pizzas in three different sizes. Could have a wait at dinner time for a table.
This is the most convenient and easiest place to park when in the Over the Rhine area of town. Not real expensive and good security. Gets you in the heart of what's happening without having to walk very far.
