I was very disappointed in the care that was shown by the nurses and this company. I was repeatedly called and given excuses why my appointment had to be moved back over and over, only to have the nurse, Judy, show up and provide bad care, in a hurry and spent more time on the phone than even showing attention
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible service, every day it was a new lie as to why they had not sent a nurse out; the managers made empty promises and avoided actual resolution of problems. They need to hire more nurses and try to care about their patients instead of the insurance & medicare income. It should be about quality of care, not income. The employees are very unhappy and reflect it in their care; if you don't treat them with respect they will not care about the patients that they should provide passionate care for. The nurses were rude and in a rush to be on to the next patient or end their day; and they were always on the phone while care was supposed to be given.
Worst independent living caretakers ever! They don't care about their clients, and the owner is the WORST ever! She doesn't even talk proper English, and her dressing style is not professional for someone who owns a business. They gave one of their diabetic clients a SHEET cake with lots of icing and a container of cinnamon rolls. That could have killed said client! They never keep track of their clients meds, and some of the workers are not certified to work with clients who have severe mental retardation issues. When the agency was losing a client, they treated the family members like they were garbage and would not even talk to them about the client's meds and care with a professional demeanor. They didn't even do the proper paperwork when the client had episodes. I would not suggest ever letting these people care for individuals with special needs. Run the other way and find an agency that cares about their clients, and not about how much money they get from the state for each client.
