We go to Rincon almost every Friday night. It is a one of the kind restaurant and food is delicious. We eat, have a couple of drinks and listen to the band. Decor reminds me of old world Mexico, very fitting. Prices are great and food even better, highly recommend.

I love how cool Cincinnati has finally become, and this taco joint in O-T-R is just one example. Great urban vibe, great booze and great tacos. I went in for the short rib, pork belly and huitlacoche with a pitcher of margaritas...tasty!
El Rancho is clean, fast and the food is great. Good value for the money. You can get chicken nugget kids meals if your little ones are not into Mexican. The staff is great, very friendly. Free dessert on your Birthday and a chance to wear the Mexican Sombrero.

I have frequented this restaurant in the past and never had a problem, but this time it has failed. We went with a large group on 7/15/13 and they were told that we were coming in advance, and they messed up a lot of orders and undercooked food. I ate the burrito loco and the next day I was rapidly ill with food poisoning. I took the courtesy to call the restaurant, and they felt that it was my fault that I didn't tell the the waiter that my food was bad. At the time of dinner, I didn't taste anything wrong. They failed to take ownership. I told them on the phone, they should take note of what I was saying and if they had any other calls, then they should take heed of this concern. I honestly don't think they care. I very upset with this outcome and will not return. If there was an option of giving them no stars, I would, but I have to give something, because they wouldn't let me leave it blank. Bummer.
I would never ever order form this place AGAIN the customer service is horrible. This is the second time I've ordered from them and they messed my order up and refused to take responsibilty for it. The woman manager is rude and disrespectful and the term the customer is always right means absolutely nothing to these people. The first I called the location in hyde park becasue I was told this was a local business and the owner was at this location and he wasn't any help either he sided with her because I'm assuming it was his wife or something. But I was always told if the dog bite you the first time bad dog but if you get bit again shame on you so I REFUSE to get bit again by this establishement. All I have to say is proceed with caution and buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
