I had a new roof put on. They installed new gutter guards and cleaned and sealed my chimney. All the staff was real nice and friendly. Cleaned everything up when job was finished. My roof looks good! I was well pleased with their work.
Called them about two leaks in my roof. They sent a salesman out who told me they would contact my insurance company to get it fixed. The owner, ron contacted me a couple weeks later and said he had a storm that happened in april that he planned on using. I reminded him that i bought the house in may. He then called me a couple weeks later and said that he found a storm in june that he was going to blame the damages on. I called my insurance company to get an adjuster out, they told me to have the roof tarped. I had rescu roofing put 2 tarps on. One leak was around a 2ft by 2ft skylight which they decided to use an 11ft by 22 ft tarp to cover thus damaging a lot of my roof with nail holes. Fast forward a couple days and the insurance adjuster came out. Rescue roofing cut the tarps leaving the original nails in my roof so the adjuster could look. The adjuster then determined that they will not pay to fix the leaks but they would pay to replace the 27 shingles that they put nails in. After the adjuster left rescue roofing put new nails in the tarps thus damaging more shingles than what the insurance company paid for. Now they are demanding 700 for the tarping which they never told me about the costs. When i contacted my insurance company they said that rescue roofing charged me 1.50 per sq/ft for the tarping. I measured the tarps at 305 sq ft ( 9by7 and 11by22). 305sq ft by $1.50 comes out to 457.50. I then asked ron what his usual rate is and he stated " whatever he can get out of the insurance company". I regret ever having this company come out. They are very unprofessional. Its been almost 2months ive been in contact with them and my roof is in worst shape then when i called them. Plus i apparently owe him a bunch of money when he hasnt done a thing to fix my roof. I should have read his negative reviews/ complaints first. He is a frauder/ scammer and is only in it to take advantage of people. NEVER USE RESCUE ROOFING.
I had an unusual experience with A&E Doors just trying to get someone to come out to my home to give me an estimate on an entrance door. The salesperson I spoke with insisted on giving me an estimate over the phone. He said he didn't want to waste his time or mine. I told him I had priced doors at Lowe's and told him their estimate and he said oh, my price would be twice that amount or even as high as $5000.00. I really got the feeling he just didn't want my business. I am black and live in Amelia, OH. I asked if they ever come out to the home to do estimates and he said yes, but he didn't want to waste his time or mine. I think he assumed I couldn't afford to buy their door. I called the company back and told the person who answered what happened. She was very nice and suggested having me talk to a different salesperson; she did not want to me to leave with a bad taste about their company. She put me through to the second salesperson; I left her a message with my phone number and she never called me. I went with another company who had no problems coming to my home to give me an estimate. In fact I had two different companies come out to give estimates; both very nice and professional. Neither company suggested giving me an estimate over the phone based on what I thought I wanted. My door is costing $4,053.00. A&E missed out.

Wil the owner of the company does not care about customer or customer service. I will say sales manager Jennifer was excellent to work with if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would do. My gutters were damaged by ACS Roofer they try to fix them he hammer the SH** out of them out and bent them, they finally replaced the damaged gutters but my 3 downspouts and back of the house gutters do not match and Wil the owner of ACS Roofing doesn't care. Wil was support to come out to apologize but he sent the co-owner. Wil still have never apologize even after I emailed him. I would not go with this company unless you are dealing with Jennifer. She is the only person who cares, and who has customer service. She really gets how to take care of a customer! My house is only 11 years old and the damaged, time off work, and the headache wasn't worth it. Wil has zero customer service he really doesn't care just wants your money! I will posted this everywhere I can to warn people about WIL! Remember Jennifer will take care of you and make things right but Wil he doesn't care!!
I called 10 different roofing companies for a small repair. Forest Park roofing was the ONLY one to come out and do it because it was a small job. No other company wanted to waste their time on it. When I'm ready for a new roof I will only use Forest Park roofing.
Top notch job. They showed up on time and no hiccups throughout the job. We tried for over a month to work with another contractor that couldn't get it together.
We had two room additions done by RLS. The first in 2008 (expanded our family room by 150 sq ft.) and another in 2017 (added a master bedroom, bath, and laundry – 500 sq ft.). Though I got several estimates and one was a bit cheaper… but I felt most comfortable with these guys. He appaered to be honest, answered every question I had… and was great at communicating. They did not make me feel like I was getting a canned speal / sales pitch.
