Don't let the owner/director's fake front fool you!! My kids went there for over a year and constantly had to deal bite marks, scratches and bruises!! I understand kids will be kids but when is enough enough?? Not to mention they were constantly sick and catching hand, foot mouth disease!! They spent more time at home than they did at daycare cause they were constantly catching something!!! This daycare has a very unstable, unhealthy environment!! They claim to be a learning center but the only thing my kids learned were the bad habits of the other kids!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The teachers care about the children, but beware of your child's reputation. The unintelligent owner Trina labels your child at an early age by suspending 3 year olds. She is horrible at communication and in my opinion her care for parent's scheduling is horrible. Even though the facility is listed to be open until 9pm,they may change their mind last minute. Ex, Halloween they are closing at 5pm. When did Halloween become a national holiday where parents have to adjust their schedule because of staff's wants?
Unless your children are perfect, don't take them there. Just this week I was given a 3 day notice that my 22 month old was getting kicked out with his last day being Friday. The director never had a parent conference, never attempted to come up with a plan to correct the behavior, and never gave a warning! I'm sorry but if the teachers can't handle a 22 mo th old baby because he's "too rough" then maybe no child should go there. I'm actually glad it happened because I no longer feel comfortable with him being in the hands of such inexperienced teachers. Never in my life have I ever heard of a baby getting kicked out of a daycare. The way they handled it was extremely unprofessional and uncaring. My son has been to two other daycares because of my job being relocated and my family moving and there was never an issue! Completely unbelievable. The director is very rude and inconsiderate. If you ever consider enrolling your child into this location please beware. There is no such thing as terrible twos in the place. They're quick to kick a child out instead of teaching them... and they say they're "all about kids" righhhht. Take a look at reviews for this place everywhere. I am not the only one that has gone through this with them
I have worked at Play Time for 36 years. It's an amazing place, and all the children love spending the day with us!
My children attend now and I think this is a great place for learning. However the director is rude and harsh to parents. I stay because my children are safe and the environment is awesome. If the director could be more professional with parents I would have gave five stars. The hours could be better but other than that I'm satisfied.
It's the worst place to work or send your kids I use to work there and know a family who goes there where the child comes home with bite marks and other marks that no one can explain to her how this happen. I also had to wait two months to get my last check she said she sent it to me in the mail but when I said I was calling state she told me to come in and get it that they sent it back to her but she hand wrote it in front of me! It's a terrible place to work or to send your kids. teacher are always on there phone
This is a positive, caring, clean environment for children in a mix group setting. Learning made fun, hot meals. Have walks to the park. Kids love to play and they learn as they play.
My daughter started here in October and absolutely loves it! We are so happy, she used to cry every day at her old school and hasn't cried once at CIA! She comes home happy and talking about everything she learned and what she did (they have a huge gym and teach tumbling and dance!). This place is amazing!
This daycare is amazing! Do not let the lady bashing them make you run away. I had my own financial problems as we all do and I fell behind on my bill and due to personal problems I lost my spot for my girls. Its in no way the centers fault. It is my own. I am patiently waiting for a spot to open back up for them. I would rather wait for a spot to open then take my precious children anywhere else. My daughter had severe separation anxiety before she attended this daycare and now she loves coming here. They also worked with her on a few other aspects and now outside of the daycare she does wonderful. The only thing they ask is that they get paid for the wonderful job that they do taking care of your most important things in the world. And in my opinion the work they do with the kids is worth every penny and then some! And just in case you missed it I said I was on the waiting list... YES! This daycare is so good there is a waiting list!
