Our experience is the same as the other reviewers. They claim that they never received my package even though the tracking number on the usps website shows it was delivered. When I printed out the information and showed it to the supervisor, he smiled the entire time and said it was probably delivered to another customer. My address was on the box!!! Don't they look at the address on the box before they give it to just anybody? Stay away from this post office and use the one in Berwyn instead.

Worst customer service. Beware the carriers who deliver your packages steal your items. They tape back up the tampered box and deliver you an empty one. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor. If you have a complaint about their service or misconduct please call corporate like I did. I also complained with the inspector general of usps. I advise to follow these steps. Otherwise if you just speak to the manager again he or she will do nothing. They will also not look into the matter or do any type of investigation. If you're shipping an item do not use usps. If you're getting something shipped or buying online pay for extra shipping to to ensure another carrier delivers your package!

They are so careless and unprofessional!! I have cameras showing NO delivery was made to my house and they still claimed it was delivered. I always get mail for the neighbors so I'm sure my mail has made it into other people's male box. I always see my carrier on the phone and robabbly not paying attention. Management is so rude and helpless! So unprofessional, I wish that they could all get retrained or fired! Get new, professional individuals.

I always get the Mail for the person next door - all their bills and packages! This has got to STOP!!!!! am NOT getting my mail - wonder where it is going????? When I call the Post Office they ask - Is it your regular carrier? Should not make a difference as anyone who delivers regular or temp should be able to read!!!!!

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this post office since moving to Cicero. The picture shows how my mail came today - looks like he/she tried to crumble it up into a ball and stuff it in the mailbox. This happens ALL. THE. TIME. Another time, I attempted to have something delivered to the Cicero school I work at, and they sent me a notification at 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday in Nov. telling me they attempted to deliver it, but the business was closed...I was there, it wasn't closed. The staff members I've encountered are also incredibly rude and unprofessional. The mail trucks like to just park in the middle of the streets instead of pulling over to the side so other cars can pass. Last summer, a female employee gave me the middle finger and called me a bitch, all because I had the nerve to attempt to drive down a street that she had parked in the middle of. Seriously - how do these people still have jobs?!? They certainly are not helping the U.S. Postal Office's reputation.

The mail delivery on the 3700 block of 60th Court is horrible. It comes at all different times and as I write this it is 8:30 PM and we have not gotten mail. Also, the volume of my mail has dwindled and I am worried that not all of it is getting delivered.
