Overall
A disaster, even for Home Depot

Okay, I'm not a big fan of Home Depot as it is, but this one on S. Cicero is a particular disaster. Being the only hardware store in the area, I'm forced to visit here frequently.

Store is always in disarray...you can never find anything nor anyone to help you find what you are looking for. Don't even bother having keys made here because they simply do not work...not even close. But the absolute worst part about this store is these stupid automatic checkouts, which 9 times out of 10 freeze up requiring ""assistance,"" meaning you could have waited in the line with a live checker and saved time over these ""quick serve"" checkouts.

Don't even bother going to this one.
