        Very rude lady, and they are a scam... I called AAA to have my car towed, they sent Jim's service. Jim's said they couldn't tow my car because it was too close to the railroad. Ten minutes later, the poliuce call Jim's because the car was in the way, and Jim's comes back out and tows it no problem to their yard as a police impound.... Soooo when it was free to me through AAA they were unable to tow, but 10minutes later miraculously they are able to tow it and now charge me to get it out???? Seriously... These people are scum, and out to get people.
