        RE-THINK THIS OFFICE

        Since this office was purchased in 2004, people have had nothing but problems with them. Although the front office staff is nice, their prices are outrageous and they do not make sure they have the current benefit schedules when you go there as they say they do. When questioned about any costs, their anwser is always "reasonable and customary". I had to file a grievance with my dental carrier to get my account audited. It was discovered that they had the wrong fee schedule, I was overcharged for services received, and was told I would receive the credit. After waiting 3 months, I have yet to receive my credit! I have had to hound them for my refund 3 times to-date.



        My recommendation to anyone attending this office, go over everything with a fine tooth comb.
