Miller's Grocery-Christiana

Just browsing YP today for restaurant reviews, I came upon this 6 year old misguided rating for Miller's. I do not know how anyone could have the opinion of "Hank J". We have been eating at Miller's for 19 years. It is almost always a 5/5, from food to service. The owner's are the nicest people with the best food and staff around. We pass over 200 restaurants on our 30 minute drive to Miller's and none can top it! They have made many cakes for us for birthdays over the years...yum!! We have been there for lunch, dinner and music on Friday and Saturday, and our fave...the buffet on Sunday. This is our first recommendation to anyone. We love it! By the way, we are not affiliated with this restaurant in any way except as very loyal customers over the years.
They are kid friendly and do not serve alcohol.
Hank stated they do not accept credit cards, but that has changed in the last couple of years.

I read a statement, quite harsh, seemed jealous more than put off. I was weary of the place because of this. But my oh my. Was he ever wrong. U cant judge a place because its busy, my friend. Obviously 200 people that night you ate disagreed with you. Their prime rib is the best ive EVER had!! I never order it when i go out and eat because it is never done properly. So i figured why not. And i was blown away. Most of it is already spoken for days before. I tried to get it one night and siad they were out. If i wanted to be sure id get my "fix" i should call and reserve. That just goes to show the time and love that gets put into all the food there. The other fare is excellent! And they do accept credit cards also. Open sunday for buffet! U get a taste of everything! Including the 20 different multi award winning desserts! They also have a food truck now! Look on their facebook page to see where it will be. Different fare than the restaurant, but still some of the staples like cobblers! All homemade, NEVER frozen. Believe me. I have been there over 100 times. The service is great and one of the owners is always there and will greet you with warm appreciation and courtesy. If you are ever in the mood for southern fare, take the scenic drive to Millers. You will be glad you did!

Down home dinning at its best. Serve is excellent and food is even better.
