This is the nicest cleanest Wal Mart I have ever been in. It should be a model store from others to learn from. They had tons of organic stuff. I was so happy not to have to drive the extra miles to Sprouts. Every Wal Mart should model after this one. Cudo's to the Manager.
I BOUGHT MY SECOND WEDDING RING FROM THIS PLACE ON FEB 15 2015, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET IT BACK FROM BEING SIZED...2 WEEKS LATER I CALLED TO SEE IF IT HAD COME IN A VERY RUDE ASSOCIATE ANSWERED AND SAID "WELL HAS ANYONE CALLED YOU AND TOLD YOU YOUR RING IS IN?" I THEN HUNG UP! 2 DAYS LATER I WENT INTO THE STORE TO CHECK IF MY RING WAS IN YET AFTER MULTIPLE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR IT THEY FINALLY FOUND THE PACKET WITH MY NAME ON IT AND IT HAD NEVER BEEN SENT OUT TO BE SIZED...WHILE I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS, THE ASSOCIATE WHO REALLY DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING CALLED A MANAGER OVER THE MANAGERS EXCUSE WAS SHE IS NEW AND WAS HIRED TO CLEAN THIS PLACE UP AND SHE WOULD TAKE MY RING TO BE SIZED AT A LOCAL JEWLERY SHOP THE NEXT DAY AND IT WILL BE DONE THAT AFTERNOON, THE NEXT DAY WE HAD A BAD SNOW STORM AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME THE JEWLERY STORE CLOSED EARLY DUE TO THE WEATHER WHICH COULD BE POSSIBLE AND I UNDERSTOOD WHY THE WEATHER WAS GETTING PRETTY BAD. THE NEXT MORNING ABOUT 10 I HAD A CALL LETTING ME KNOW MY RING IS READY FOR PICK UP SO I WENT TO PICK IT UP IT FIT AND WAS INDEED READY TO BE PICKED UP THEY ALSO TAPPED A GIFT CARD TO MY PACKET FOR MY HASSLE I WAS TOLD IT HAD 40 DOLLARS ON IT A WEEK LATER I WENT BACK AND GOT EVERYDAY HOUSE HOLD ITEMS AND USED THE GIFT CARD THAT ACTUALLY ONLY HAD 20 DOLLARS PUT ON IT! I TOLD THA CASHIER SHE CALLED A LADY OVER THEIR AND THE LADY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT THAT I TOLD HER I AM GREATFUL FOR ANYTHING CONSIDERING WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH BUT WHEN IM TOLD ONE THING AND THATS NOT TRUE I FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST TOLD THAT TO SMOOTH THINGS OVER IN THE MOMENT! ITS LIKE HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU SCREW UP SOMEONES EXPERIENCE WITH YOU! SOMETIME WALMART IN CONVIENENT BUT I WOULD RATHER BE INCONVIENCED AND DRIVE FARTHER AWAY FOR BETTER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE.... NOT A STRUCTURED BUISNESS AND EVERYONE PASSES THE BUCK ONTO THE NEXT PERSON--HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
