Got my oil changed in Chippewa falls location, really horrible customer service, the guy I was dealing with was Scott. I tried having the owner contact me, without any success to discuss what happened and they have made no attempts to make it right.

I went there today to have a compartment door that was getting soft fixed. The young guy in the service department told me to get a piece of plywood and fix it myself because they would charge $110 per hour to do the job. Really, plywood for a marine compartment door? I then asked about buying a new boat and was told to see Todd. I know who Todd is and never been impressed. He was on the computer and had no time for a customer.I went over to Zacho and what a pleasant service experience. All of our service work "was" done by Boaters Choice. Spent our last dollar there. Zacho will get our business going forward.
horrible experience: Never will buy a car from drive one today again. air bag sensor is on(so if I get in an accident my steering wheel airbag wont go off), my tranny line is leaking and my tires are barely legal. They wont replace tires so I have to put $400 into it for that, and now even though I told them not even a week later about the airbag and tranny line they want me to pay half. don't buy a car here
