Credit King Auto Sales

I bought a vehicle almost 3 months ago that started on fire in my driveway 2 days after I paid cash for it. I was told that if I got it towed there that they would help me out with it. For the record, the vehicle started on fire while turned off! After weeks of calling and an enormous run around, They replaced the fuse box and wiring harness. I priced out the parts and for brand new parts and labor, $3000 seemed fair(ish)... The dealership was going to give me a “good” deal and charge me half of the bill, so $1500. Went to pay and pick up the vehicle today. Looked under the hood, the parts were DEFINITELY used parts. I was never told anything about used parts. They also quoted me $35/hr for mechanic labor but tried to charge me $50 instead! He couldn’t show me any receipts but wanted me to sign a waiver stating that if anything happened from here on out he would not be held responsible. The owner also tried telling me the damage was caused by vandalism! Why in the hell would I vandalize my own vehicle after paying cash for it 2 days later??! He didn’t have an answer.. I was also told that I had to pay in cash because “that’s how their process worked”. What a joke. Lesson learned on my part! wasted about 4 hours of my morning and lots of arguing back and fourth to again, “get a good deal” and ended up paying $1100 along with a 90 day warranty. I will NEVER go back there.
