        Overall

        I know the owner personally, and Chris takes great pride in everything he does. He goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I was amazed when he cleaned my carpets. There was a clear line separating the clean from the unclean carpet. I never knew how dirty my carpet was until Chris started cleaning them. Could not have been more pleased with the results
