BAD EXPERIENCE! EVER! I get my lashes done on a Thursday, they felt so tight. I just kept rubbing my eyelids all the time. Extremely uncomfortable all weekend long. I called to complain about the discomfort I was having. I go into one of the office cause the one close to me was closed on Monday. By Tuesday I called again, still feeling the irritating of my eyes. They gave me on ointment which didn't really help at all. I wanted them off at no charge, but they wouldn't do it for free! Extremely disappointed at there customer servive. Money hungry if you ask me. I paid $45 on my initial visit. 2nd time was the wear and tire of my car plus the time I spent waiting to be seen. My third visit was for them to tell me they didn't see anything wrong with my lashes. I had to pay if I wanted them removed. By 8pm Tuesday, I just couldn't handle them no more. I went to Sally's and bought the eyelash remover and did it myself for $4.99 when they were charging $10 plus tip. Go figure! This was a very Bad Experience I had! I don't recommend this at all. The beauty is not worth this tightening and irritating feeling at all! Especially there customer service! Highly DON'T recommend Johnny's Eyelashes!
My hairdresser Lacey, is now working at The Den. If you've had a bad experience there, it most likely was the hair dresser, like Mimi G did. So if you ask for Lacey C., you will like what she does with your hair. She dyes my beautiful, long hair into extremely, natural blonde and has for abt 10 years. She ALWAYS asks "what are we doing for you today?" She will be very honest with your idea. I trust her observation. SHE NEVER IS ON HER SELL PHONE.
I went for the first time today and was impressed with my stylist, Brenda. I got long layers and an ombre done to my hair and I absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this place!
YELP deleted my bad review, at least i can trust YP.com to be honest. Basically I sent my bridesmaid to get her hair done, and she came out with nothing done to her hair. I had to redo all her hair. I complained to the manager but i was given an attitude and no apology. AVOID THIS PLACE
WORST SALON In Chino Hills. I called to let the manager Christen I was unsatisfied with the service my bridesmaids received. Basically one of the bridesmaids hair came lose within 15 minutes of her leaving the salon and I had to redo the curls. But she basically ignored my complaint and won't do anything or even apologize!!!! DONT GO HERE
