This place has really went downhill since opening. Once upon a time I would have given it a 4 star rating, but now it barely qualifies for the 2 star. The quality of the food is my main gripe. I understand that businesses will generally use a higher quality cut of meat or seafood during their opening weeks, and then gradually lower the quality to a more cost effective point. Hana has taken this to the point that the quality/flavor of the meal is not worth anywhere near the 70-80$ bill you receive at the end of the night.
I absolutely LOVE this place! My family and I went there for my birthday and we all had a blast! Our waiter was nice & our chef was absolutely hilarious and amazing. My fiancé and I plan on taking my kids to dinner ther tonight so they can have as much fun as I did!
Horrible service! We were there for two hours and our waiter didn't know the menu, forgot some of the food on one of our meals ordered and I personally didn't even get my meal which was asked about 4 times in a two hour time span, and the place was not even busy! A sushi roll does not take 2 hrs to make people. 10 minutes back home to make a sushi roll tops if business isn't busy. I will not be going back there again when I'm in town.
