Came Into Arby's recently. Started my experience with a pleasant young man running the cash register. He wasn't sure how to ring something up and repeatedly apologized as he waited for help. My order was correct on the ticket as a classic roast beef but was served a beef and cheddar. Went back to the pleasant young man at the counter and apologized for complaining and showed him the mess up. He again repeatedly apologized. As he was telling the employees making the food, I was able to see the manager and overheard her saying that the order shouldn't be wrong. Then I waited for a little over 15 minutes before I sent my significant other to check on it. The manager the whole time was talking to the employees behind the counter and did not say a word. When she was approached again about the mess up she did not apologize or anything. Was not impressed except for the young man I keep speaking highly of. Thank you for being a great worker!!
