CVS Pharmacy

Who do they have working for them? Illiterate, incompetent people! So disappointed. I have been going to them for years to have my prescriptions filled. All of the sudden my child's information some how disappears from their records and they don't have login ID's to verify eligibility? Laziness. I understand it was 1 in the morning I was tired too. I just spent all night at the ER with my child. I took all the prescriptions and went across the street to walgreens. I was in and out within 5 minutes with all the prescriptions in hand. Don't forget I was a new patient their too. I gave them all the information that I gave CVS and they did it no problem and no hesitations. Thank you walgreens for making my night so much easier. I will never use CVS again. Their employees don't want to work so I will take my business elsewhere. I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star, they don't deserve that. But it's the only way I am able to submit my review.
