        In Motion Rocks!

        My whole family loves In Motion. My wife loves all the classes and the cardio theater and does lots of different classes. I love the executive locker room, have many personal training sessions each month (Wow! What a difference a good trainer makes!) and use the georgeous pools for workouts and relaxing. Our children really get into the kid's activities in their child care and love to play in the pools and the kid's Splash Park. For our anniversary my wafe and I had a tandem massage, relaxed in the spas and ate a super healthy lunch at the new Grilla Bites Cafe after our workouts. This place has it all and backs it up with super service from all the emplyees.
